I've seen many instances where the price of a diamond did not correlate with the diamonds optical performance (depending on the retailer). For instance, we're generally selling the high end "Ideal" cut diamonds for the same price others are selling the diamond we wouldn't consider "Ideal". But if that did not answer the question, feel free to elaborate on your request so we can better serve you. Thanks
You know more than a month ago I found a pretty big 2000 carat diamond. but it is very different than those that are seen in some auctions where they are worth millions of dollars. it is as if they were several diamonds grouped in a single stone. I found it. all dirty. but I already did the hardness test. resulted in diamond. in conductivity gave like diamond than others. evidence I need to know that it is a real diamond. and I would like to know if you can. support me. what are the procedures to certify a diamond. as well as this one to sell
Hi, here is a link to ways to determine if what you found is authentic www.wikihow.com/Identify-Raw-Diamonds#:~:text=Diamonds%20which%20have%20not%20yet%20been%20cut%20are,piece%20of%20corundum%20or%20an%20electronic%20diamond%20tester. If the stone ends up being a real diamond, the next step would be to have the diamond cut to the shape you desire and from there, you can sell it on consignment though companies like Good Old Gold. But before we get ahead of ourselves, feel free to double check if it's indeed a real diamond and if so, your welcome to email matt@goodoldgold.com and he will guide you with recommendations on what to do from there.
@@DiamondInfoMan Hello Goodnight. I already did all the tests on the stone. weight, density, conductivity and hardness, and it is indeed a rough diamond of more than 2000 carats. I have seen a lot of information which indicates that this diamond would be the first rough diamond found in the United States in the entire history of this country. Finally, such a stone is found, but it is a rough diamond, something Rare, I see that it is still like in a matrix. I have a video on youtube where it shows. this diamond I hope you see my video
@@sergioortega5869 That sounds exciting and you you made a video of it, we'd love to see it! Feel free to paste the link to this thread if you have it on hand.
@@sergioortega5869 Thanks for the video link. It looks nice. Not sure if it's a quartz though. Either way, we'll be happy to evaluate it if given the chance..
