My ex also has not only alienated by manipulation, false accusations and stories, my 3 kids but kidnapped them altogether January 2016. I have no knowledge about them ever since. That has happened with the allowance of the social services she has succeeded to manipulate as well. Despite all the legislation, institutions and professions there is, or ought to be, to protect children, their cause and well-being, not a singke one has cared about them a bit, and has never been interesred when I have been in touch to authorities etc.
I know I'm not the only one. The problem is huge. The system is rotten, and the one of the reasons is every one is a woman in the institutions like the social services.

It's horrible, I hate my ex for what he did to me but that has nothing to do with our child and I won't have anyone bad mouth my sons dad in front of him. issues all of which are surrounded by problems of unemployment, housing,
crime, local infrastructure issues, the list goes on. On top of this is laid a very
thin coverall of administrations attempting to support laws, regulations,
support services etc etc, for all these issues. The reality pretty much being,
all of them under funded & staffed! And, for an ever growing diverse
population! Its not hard to see why most of it simply doesn´t work, its
overload in the extreme! There simply isn´t enough govt money or will

Any parent who does this does not deserve to be a parent. My husbands ex continued her abuse of him in this way after he fled the property from her physical abuse.
On another note this also makes it more difficult for the ones who are genuinely protecting their children as they just get tarred with the same brush.

On another note this also makes it more difficult for the ones who are genuinely protecting their children as they just get tarred with the same brush.
errm no. there have already been attempts to play that card. if one parent is going to attempt to make an allegation, then they should either produce evidence set to a criminal standard or accept that their kids have to go into care until the matter is resolved. courts have back logs because of the false allegation tactic used by one particular party and enabled by their solicitors and various "rights" groups who received large amount of taxpayers funding...
Im sorry to hear that your husbands ex did this to him( i understand from personal ongoing experience), but there needs to be major reform of the whole system to stop this and its starts with legal consequences( of equal weight to both genders) and their solcitors( and some of the judges/magistrates)

I think you misunderstood what I was saying. I mean the parents who have had to prove their ex is a danger in both criminal and family court and have had all of the evidence. They are still seen in the same light as those who abuse the system which I do not think is fair.
There needs to be real punishment for those who are not genuine and willfully alienate the other parent for their own selfish gain.

You know when you hear a girl has been sexually abused by a father/brother/uncle/grandfather and that girl grows up not having an attraction to men or having an aversion to men? Is the same aversion possible if a girl has been alienated against her father? What if the girl also goes to a same sex school so no boys to distract her?

There is just no rational reason for parental alienation to be allowed to be continued. It's one of the worst types of abuse in our society, and criminal that the majority of perpetrators get away with it. I've been going through it to some degree since my daughter's birth (she's 11 now) and have endured three different periods of complete alienation (no contact), with the longest being six months. My daughter and I now attend systemic family therapy to help mend what was a very broken relationship. Her mum would only agree to it because the solicitor had her back up against the wall. Sadly, that's what it had to come to, and we are trying to resist yet another court hearing. We are coming up to 12 months of uninterrupted contact now and my daughter spent Christmas with me this year. However, there is not a day that passes in which I don't feel like our relationship is hanging from a thread. I can constantly feel the wolf knocking at the door, threatening to blow everything down again.

There is a better way. Parental custody of children is actually a very simple matter to solve given the true desire of “What is best for the child”.
We need to separate and discard marriage from family law as they no longer seem to be connected and "Marriage makes people treat each other as articles of property and no longer as free human beings. Einstein".
We can develop protocols that confer (over time) equal parental rights and responsibilities,…..once parentage is proven.
Children’s natural maturation process has 3 essential stages of need.
A.The unconditional love of the mother from birth until about 7 years of age. The mother to have “thefinalsay” and to receive child allowance.
B.The conditional love of the father, who takes his children out into the world, gives security and teaches social boundaries from 7 until about 13 years of age. The father to have “thefinalsay” and to receive child allowance.
C.The friendship and respect of peers from 13 until 18 years of age. The child to have “thefinalsay”.
If these 3 stages are not gone through in order, maturation is unlikely to be satisfactorily achieved and mental resilience reduced. This has now become generational.
Such a regime of equal parenting rights (over time) would bind parents into a co-operative relationship, because (over time) each will hold the power of “thefinalsay” sequentially when they are best favoured to use it.
Such family protocols would be the default position, (allowing love, courtesy and humour to prevail) but could in exceptional cases be varied by the court.
    Buckminster Fuller said:-
“You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete”.
To alleviate suffering is worthy. To prevent it is divine, but thankless.
