Not me I suffocate after and during long showers glad I chopped off my hair
i feel like those vibrating bois probably just help with lymphatic drainage if i had to guess. same concept as gua sha and facial massage! i gently massage under my eyes whenever they're puffy- works better than any product i've ever tried :^) loved the dedication for this video omg i could never lol

9:30 she probably blow dried it to about 80%, put the heatless curls, fake tanned and then showered again like 2 hrs later with a shower cap, that way the curler does something and she can also tan in the morning. Quite the commitment tho, that you actually got up at 4 😅
You should use serum, oil, or moisturizer when using the gua sha and other facial tools to prevent tugging on dry skin and wrinkles!

if you want more volume from your heatless curlers, I like to do a zig-zag part in my hair and only twist my hair away from my face until i get to the base, then I twist both ways like you did. I used to do it the way you do in the video but I just found that it made my roots really flat.

No bc I was like Cassie. I woke up at 4am every morning to de puff my eyes and do my makeup😭😭 it was so bad. I thought it was healthy but it wasn’t healthy at all, it mentally drained me.
