Honestly, this video kind of just highlights why getting older tends to result in a "glow-up". You understand yourself and your body more, so you refine your routines to cater to that. The end results: you look the best you ever have. The only thing i warn is with getting older things change and you have to adapt to your body deciding to do something different completely out of nowhere.

I love that you brought up the "I get to" mindset, instead of "ugh, I have to". Things like that really turns around a person's way of thinking and seeing the world. It makes you see all of small things as small gratitude moments which just makes you more positive towards life, people and daily situations overall. ❤

Once I stopped that, started washing almost daily or when the oil set in, and trim every now and then, my hair grew so fast and thick!!! I’m constantly getting comments about my hair now!

I used to hate my nose, it was my biggest insecurity. Until I started drawing portraits and realized that I love having models with interesting noses or who might have “flaws” because they were fun to draw and gave the person so much character! So I realized that if I’m thinking that about literally every person I see, then maybe somebody thinks it about me too haha. Being able to look at myself with the same objectivity I was giving other people gave me a lot more peace and confidence, so I encourage others to try the same! I really like how you started the video touching on the internal processes that can contribute to a glow up :)

this is the first glow up video that i actually really related to, and felt seen and unashamed. it was so easy for me to watch videos of girls and be like oh but they were already perfect, or they have so much time and money. oversharing is my creme de la creme, and admitting at having a hard time keeping up with your oral hygeine, or not eating correctly or exercising struck a chord with me. i go through periods of self care, and then slip back into a depressive state. i struggle a lot with mental health, and i always want to be better, but i felt like i couldn't. recently things have changed a bit for me, and i feel more motivated. this definitely helped me as well. i want to feel good more than i want to look good. looking good will just follow me. i know i can be a pretty girl, i just have to take care of myself like i deserve.

Loved this video Kayli 💛💛💛 btw lash serums can’t actually cause orbital fat loss - only eye drops that contain prostaglandins such as Latisse as it actually touches the eyeball not just the lash line. The “sunken” look is probably from the redness around the eyes which, as you say, is from the prostaglandins xx

    • @hannahgrace9730

you also can’t grow back the fat loss, so the improvement you’re seeing since stopping grande lash is just because you don’t have the redness around your eyes 💛

I would get so obsessed over every little bump or texture on my skin and pick at it and then it would consequently turn into an actual pimple. Now I only use it when i do eye makeup and try my best not to look at the rest of my face while doing so.😅

I have a hormonal condition and have struggled with acne since I was around 11 years old. I have been visiting dermatologists for years who have always given me some new pill or cream to add to my routine. But nothing ever really worked. Last year I found Kayli’s skin cycling routine and decided to give it a try, having exhausted all other options. When I tell you my skin has never looked better, I mean it! You don’t even need every single product for it to work, it’s more just about sticking to the basic idea of the BHA toner, retinol, and then a rest night of moisturizer and sometimes the more moisturizing cream over top for any dry spots. If you’re going to try this routine and are very acne prone the paper towels to dry your face are also essential. I trust Kayli with my skin and hair’s life at this point, I’ve taken her advice on hair and skin care for over a year and it has definitely helped me glow up!

Castor oil for eyebrows and eyelashes is the way to go! I even put it in my eyes when they're irritated or dry, so no worries about adverse effects AND your hair growth wont disappear. I lieratlly grew back my eyebrows with it! Castor oil is GOLD! But get cold pressed and organic. ✨️

Castor oil was always too thick and sticky for me like my eyes would be stuck together and i woke up in the morning with lint and dust all over my face cause it was so sticky… any recommendations?

Kayli you should do a potcast. and i would listento that. like i need a proper podcast where a SWEAT KIND person tells me how to take care of my hair, my body, my nails, etc and you would do it perfectly

11:26 I just recently discovered that some people's scalps are oily because of imbalanced PH levels. There's natural products that can help your hair not be as oily and go longer in between washes.

here's a tip if u want to grow out ur eyelashes: use aloe vera gel, u can. find it at the pharmacy, just put it on with an eyelash thing and let it sit overnight, it also makes ur lashes look longer and darker so u can also use it as mascara hope this helps

can’t thank you enough for this great video.. and all of your videos really
I recently started strengthening my hair because my natural hair was getting impossible to use and you kind of inspired me to do this, I feel so much prettier now, my hair has never looked so healthy and soft (and it looks shiny now, something that was impossible when it was wavy) ♥️✨
