What causes sink holes?
@@nobodynothing2594 Uneven Cooling: This is the most common culprit. Soy wax contracts as it cools. If the wax cools unevenly, the outer edges and wax around the wick solidify first. The remaining liquid wax in the center continues to shrink, creating a void that forms a sinkhole as it hardens.

HI dear, how do you use your Helett printer? Do you use only 4x6 inch labels or able to print smaller sized?
Bartender software paid version or cracked version & if latter could you share the link pls?
Most Helett printers support a range of label sizes beyond 4x6 inches. I use the 4x6 inches for my shipping labels.
When it comes to label printing software, I recommend using the software provided by the company that sells Helett printer. They offer free basic software. Using their software ensures compatibility and avoids potential issues.

Hi sonal , which soy wax ru using ..with variety in market it’s confusing to buy the right one and which wick ru using..when buying online is there any particular code for wax and wick
I can imagine how confusing it can get. Here is where I get all my supplies from. For pillar/ designer candles, pick soy pillar wax, and for jar candles, pick from soy, coco soy, beeswax, etc.
Wicks: Eco wicks work best for jar candles, as well as pillars
For pillars and designers: you can also pick cotton wick roll.

Heat gun don't damage the mould Pl how to make which macrylic mould is good Pl share
Usually, all the polycarbonate moulds I have bought are of great quality. And you only need to use your heat gun for a few seconds.
(We pour hot wax into the moulds and it does well, so a heat gun isn’t that damaging 🙂)

Almost all the moulds I got were from Amazon and they turned out well. I would not recommend buying silicon moulds for pillar candles.
Hi ma’am I’m making pillar candles for the 1st time in a acrylic mold but in having issues. There is a depression in the wax and there seems to be a breakage in the candle mid way
What am I doing wrong. I’m use using aa+ wax

What wax do you use for pillar candles??
Thanks for asking! I typically use soy wax for my pillar candles as it gives a nice burn and scent throw. It's a proprietary blend which is available on our website, and you can reach to us for special prices if you're buying in higher quantities. 🙂
