Hey Jim and Tori , wow what a dream life your living! My wife and I live off grid in California for 12 years now. Wouldnt 21:52 live any other way . I grew up in Alaska and my family lived off grid for the first 3 years up there. That was 1970,lol . Now because of my love for the outdoors I choose to live as much as possible off of what we grow and hunt, fish. I'm an old guy now and am at home most the time so watching your lifestyle brings me back to the best times of my life. I hunted trapped and fished mostly in the winters with my own dogsled and team of dogs My father traversed the Alaskan pipeline in 1971 with a fellow by the name of slim handles. He's a writer and has many books. My family is in one of them. At this time we lived up Indian creek in Indian Alaska. Anyways thanks and HAPPT TRAILS!

Wouldn’t you guys be more comfortable and it be tons less work if you had a travel trailer. One that’s good for off road too. You all could sleep inside, have all your stuff in there, cook, do dishes, take a shower? Thanks for taking us along. Really enjoy your family and adventures. Love from Maine USA!
Damn, you guys are amazing adventures and parents. Two have the patience and wherewithal to bring your kids on this adventure, so that they learn about the beauty of the countries is such a wonderful thing and quiet and. U2 are so well suited for each other your patience and love and teamwork just makes it work.. I missed how old Hudson is, but he is a fully energetic toddler. Great video so far, can't wait to watch the entire video. Speaking about dease Lake. I used to work at Norther Lights College. Which has a satellite campus. I am sure there is internet connection. The best way to cook fresh corn is to first soak it, husk and all, in water for a good half hour. Then cook it in its husk slowly over an open fire. By de husking it, you loose a lot of flavor. The husk also gives you a good handle for holding the corn when it's time to eat.
Agreed! Driving roads with sheer cliffs is insanely scary, especially roads that are one lane and high up above, lets say, a river!!! Like, when you look out the driverside window, you can't see the road beneath you! That narrow! F that was scary!
Just a note to always check for fire bans when travelling through areas with forest fires. Even fires in designated camp fire rings are banned at times in BC. Usually June through September depending on the year.
Kind of, this one is the full doc version. Typically I release my episodic series in stand-alone episodes, then, a while later I out them all together into a single super long video.
I think you saw it by now but here is us Into Alaska | 10-Days Family Camping on the Wild Stikine River in B.C. & Alaska - Full Documentary ua-cam.com/video/c3Bo4eQB1No/v-deo.html

Your intro game is supa dupa fly, Big Jimmy Choo!
I always heard tomato juice for skunks, but never tried it. Your children are just absolutely precious, We can tell they are having a great time.
Amazing!!!
Love your videos and your whole family dynamic! Burning question: do all 5 of you fit into that 2p MSR tent?!? If so, you are magicians 😂
Cheers from Terrace B.C. , great Video TYVM for sharing Mr Baird
When the goal has provision in the moment, work it...blessings...m
Bro, that truck is and sounds 👌
Thanks, ya it’s a beast and what is needed for hauling that trailer up the 20% gradient
You have the best music in your videos
Happy birthday Hudson ❤
Is there a second part of this amazing trip ❤happy birthday sweet boy huddy🎉🎉🎉
Wow! At 1:43 in when you show Forest fire to the right side there is a tornado it looks like. Crazy
Is this footage of Tori chasing down Hudson new? That’s so funny. I like how he was like eyeing Tori his second attempt as he made his getaway.
Love your videos

Like, when you look out the driverside window, you can't see the road beneath you! That narrow! F that was scary!
Huddy is so musical! He definitely needs to learn an instrument!
You are the best parents
I love you guys ❤
Awesome adventure! Where can we get that cool stove?
Jim my dog looks identical to yours, what else does he have in em other than husky. Love your vids dude.
Just a note to always check for fire bans when travelling through areas with forest fires. Even fires in designated camp fire rings are banned at times in BC. Usually June through September depending on the year.
You are 100% right about that.

Cheers from Elliot Lake
I’m sorry, Jim, but you look lit in the beginning of the video during the introduction😏
I like the song at the beginning 😂❤❤😂😂 I am 60 lol
❤ Hi Jim,
Is it true that the dog has previously been sprayed by a skunk?
🤔😁
How did the truck handle pulling that trailer?
On the bright side of you guys not getting too early of a start you are not disturbing your fellow campers because that truck is loud.
Now I get it, I've already seen this one, a ReUpLoad
Kind of, this one is the full doc version. Typically I release my episodic series in stand-alone episodes, then, a while later I out them all together into a single super long video.
@JimBairdAdventurer, Where's the rest of the trip? I don't see a video for the canoe leg of this adventure?
I think you saw it by now but here is us Into Alaska | 10-Days Family Camping on the Wild Stikine River in B.C. & Alaska - Full Documentary
ua-cam.com/video/c3Bo4eQB1No/v-deo.html
I am really interested in the trailer you used for this trip, what is the name of it
👍👍
Вы очень классная семья!!!
This must be from late summer 2023? That corn on the cob is way too big for this season.
What type of dogbreed do you have?
Tori is always quitting or leaving the trips 😂
Always as in maybe once?
Are you using towing function on the truck? It is shifting up and down way to much! Worried for your transmission…
We can really see Wesley reaching for his dog or his brother, It sounds liek he might be making sounds even if it's not words. Is that the case or is my hearing just bad, I;m old,
