I'm liking it, but I was told that the Nightshade had rear reclining seats, guess that would be an add-on. I received a 2021 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off-Road Premium which is sweet, but I went from a 2018 Buick Enclave 3rd-row Luxury Captain Seats. Now I don't have a video player - push-button tailgate - AUTO START - A Girl needs the Bells and Whistles. I need the off-Road yet, I want the luxury,. Smiles, Hubby knows I get jealous of this Tahoe 19, but I don't want a ride that Big. My Toyota is a Beast. I love the front-end wide mean look, I love the power when it starts up, the power on the open road, jumping curbs, going to the lake, the height off the ground. Back to the drawing board. DO ANY OF THE 4RUNNERS HAVE AUTO-START - TAILGATE PUSH-BUTTON - and DVD PLAYERS?
This color on the 4 Runner looks bad ass. I'm looking at getting a Jeep Wrangler or 4 Runner in the next year or so. But this nightshade is growing in me fast. 👌🏿

I sure do I like it so much I bought myself one! One negative is On the center consul that beautiful gun metal gray trim scratches ridiculously easy. I Purchased my vehicle in October 2020, it is a 2021 nightshade Limited and I already have deep scratches on my center console. I baby this vehicle , I don’t know how it’s scratches so easily but it’s very frustrating for what I paid. So much so that I went to Amazon and purchased a layover piece to prevent any more scratching.
@@TalkingCarBiz yes! The worries I do have are spacing for a large carseat in the back and if course the fuel consumption. I also really wish a heated steering wheel was a option too as most vehicles now a days have the option.

Love mine. But ya, weird that there is no Qi charger, power gate on the back, or BSM.. Toyota trim levels are so...odd. But hell ya, it has window wiper heaters!!! lol My old '16 tacoma sport had the Qi and BSM for less. I don't get it? But reliability, resale, body on frame? This truck is the way to go. Oh ya, and still all made in Japan. Thumbs up
I love, love my vehicle...so many compliments cause this vehicle is definitely appealing to the eye! I hate that the trunk isn't powered, I'm a woman...who's trying to close that heavy ass hatch? Also there is no where to hold your cell phone while driving the vehicle, other than that I'm having fun driving my truck!!!
Not really a "flat floor"...the metal bar between the cargo area and fold down seats stays raised. No way to camp out/sleep in the back. Also, carrying the spare undercarriage style subjects the spare to all road debris and grime. No fun getting that out on the side of the road in the rain either.
I can't believe on the limited edition it doesn't have the automatic tilt/telescope steering wheel. It kind of defeats the purpose of having driver's side memory seats.
I think Toyota got kinda lazy with the 4Runner, instead of having to pull the trunk they could’ve just made it so it can open itself. Also this nice of a vehicle could’ve had a v8 engine but instead they put a v6. Lastly they could’ve added a lot more cool accessories like a wireless charging
Unfortunately due to environmental reasons they left it at the v6. Probably also did it to encourage some sales on the Lexus GX460 as they have a v8 but I wouldn't be surprised if they dropped the v8 on next generation, or even axe it like they did the Land cruiser. Though I do agree I wish it had a v8 as well, like the one sold in the Tundra.
I love these, the looks.. the reliability, but it’s missing a few creature comforts that vehicles 10k less have. Power tailgate, remote start(not the dinky dealer installed kind)
No, it's at least a 2020. 2020 is when they gave gave 4runner a bigger infotainment screen (shown in video) and Toyota's safety enhancements such as lane keep assist etc shown by shiny black square sensor between the tinted chrome in the front shown at 13:10 in video.

Easily 50 grand in this market. Some dealers are slapping on an additional $5,000-$7,000 "premium" cost due to unavailability issues.

apparently no power tailgate because they only put the one motor in, to slide the rear window which i do love.
My limited had factory remote start from factory it’s a 14 model too
