The rears are easy. I've done mine multiple times on my lunch break. Just put anti-seize on the lower bolt next time you take it out. One of mine seized up inside the bushing and I had to take it to a shop to install a new one.
maxpeeding rods are actually pretty good and are good quality. I have em on my 02 bmw e46 convertible
Did remove the spring in the bucket.. defeats the purpose of the spring on the coil over
