    the fact you mix spanish and english so much, partially even in the same sentence, makes me think in spanish so often that I don't even notice.
    I'm from germany and learned english, now I think in english more than I think in german, and don't translate anymore. I hope I can achieve the same thing in spanish. ¡Muchas gracias!

      Decir "más mejor" es una redundacia. Lo correcto sería "la mejor descripción ...."

      🙈I'm so happy to read this! Your answers are perfect! 🤓In example #4, we have two blank spaces, but I'm sure you'd get the other right as well

    6. Can it be either 'para' or 'por' la tienda?

    • @TellMeInSpanishEng
      @TellMeInSpanishEng  Місяць тому

      Nop, it can only be 'por'; 'para' expresses the destination, as if you're going to the store. 'Por' conveys vicinity or approximate location, as in "I'm going to pass near the store" and hopefully, I'll see the handsome boy 😅

    • @tamil_tamilian
      @tamil_tamilian Місяць тому

      @@TellMeInSpanishEngOkay. If it's about a boy in the shop I can use para here but If it's about a boy somewhere near the shop then it's por. Am I right?

      Wow, you almost had a perfect score 🤓 In the last one, we say "para ser un perro tan chiquito". In this case, 'para' allows you to compare 😉 That said, this is an advanced use, and you really nailed the tricky areas. ¡Felicidades! 🥳

    your english translations are not good for learning spanish; i check alot of you trans and it cause more confusion' be easier if you used more accurate trans so I can learn new words and their meaning instead of some complex idea that can be expressed with more accurate words;;sorry love ur teachings

    • @TellMeInSpanishEng
      @TellMeInSpanishEng  3 місяці тому

      Thanks so much for the feedback! I totally get how that could be confusing. If you could point out a specific example, that would really help me out. I want to make sure my translations are as clear and helpful as possible, so any details you can share would be super useful. I’m really glad you enjoy the teachings!

      I think her style is great because she teaches you how to interpret expressions rather than translating word for word. This is a skill you’ll need to develop to become an advanced speaker. Trying to rely on word for word translations actually hinders progress in the long run.

      Even if her English isn't as perfect as a native English speaker, it doesn't need to be! Because *we* are native English speakers and it's super easy for me to understand the general idea of what she's saying. I'm much more interested in the best Spanish!
