Of all the Toroline strings, this is my favorite. That said, it still doesn’t have the feel or pocketing that many other quality polyesters have. I found it works best as a main string in a poly hybrid with something softer round and slick in the crosses. I also think you touched on a very good point that Toroline seems to make a lot of strings and nobody is quite sure what each string is supposed to do or what kind of player it is for. It could be that they make too many strings at this point in my opinion. Thoughts?
@@georgioslachanas5379full bed in my 97H 1.20 strung at 23kg. It’s fantastic. Good power control balance, lively and grippy providing good spin. Not as slippery as other toroline strings. But strings snap back into place no problem. Great tension maintenance.
I am currently using Wasabi and love it. Toroline suggested to me to try this string in my 18x20 to help open up the string beg which seems odd to me. I would think Ether would do that more since it is a lower gauge. Have you guys tried Ether?
Apparently "Toro Toro" is "Super Toro" just in a different color. Would love to know how "Snapper" does just as a cross string. For example, "Toro Toro" in the mains and "Snapper" in the crosses? I think the greatest appeal of Toroline right now is the idea of mixing and matching their string as hybrids.
@@PH-Tennis-Equipment would be very useful! since the lack of uniform information in the description, in my opinion, leads to the "worst of both worlds" We definitely need ready-made, tested combinations with sample voltages and recommendations for rockets!
Hey guys thanks for all, question for both, which is the best strig for the pure drive, which ever brand it is.. I am looking for control and feel, to mach whit the well known power of the raquet
Great content - keep these string reviews coming please!

I tried it with Wasabi X in the crosses. It was fantastic and ended up switching to that hybrid setup. I couldn't recommend it enough!
Great review! I’ve been playing with Caviar in my Precepts. How does it compare to Caviar?
Hi!Full bed caviar?Gauge?are you happy with it in Percept?which model?
We haven't played with a full bed of Caviar yet - soon though!

Great point! We plan on trying out a whole bunch of Toroline Hybrid setups in the future
Super Toro is stiffer

Great review! I am a beginner/ intermediate playing with a Head Extreme MP. I am doubting between Toro Toro and Wasabi. What would you suggest?
I would go Toro Toro - that bit softer!

Great work 🎉
Would you have a recommendation as to best string set up for pure drive for a young teen regularly competing
It depends on a few factors, but we'd suggest trying a thin poly (1.15mm) or a multifilament string with a low tension (around 45lbs)
Any news on when you guys will have Wasabi/Caviar back in stock so I don't have to order from abroad? :)
Wasabi and K-Pop (Wasabit & Caviar Hybrid) will be back in the next couple of weeks
@@PH-Tennis-Equipment Great, thanks! 👍🏻
What about the toro toro green strings? They are 1.27 are they just as good?
So it's both powerful and under powered?
Yes! Depending on the racket and on the play style. It all (and always) depends!
What's wasabi like compared to toro toro?
Which Toroline string has the best feel?
Depends what sort of feel you like!
From what we tested
Wasabi X is the softest and caviar (1.24) is the stiffest!
@@PH-Tennis-Equipment hmmm guess i like the stiffer feel then. odd
@@PH-Tennis-Equipment Is toro toro or enso pro closer to the feel of caviar? Not a fan of the wasabi feel and want neon pink strings lol
