they need to do an Americanized Resort in Gambia/West Africa. Build up some tourism specifically for Black Americans. Also Americanized Apartments/Houses. Europe already does this.

That house would cost around $250-$300k down South in the US. The house I grew up in was a five bedroom, 3.5 bath 3000 sq ft house and three floors. This house looks like something you may see in Ladera Heights (Los Angeles) or any other suburb out West (where they use stucco).

Lot sizes in the suburbs are around .5 - 2 acre lots, depending on how close you are to a major city. Our houses in the East tend to be made of brick though. Stucco is used in the West. I’m curious as to what the price in US dollars is so that I can compare it with what you get here per square foot. Don’t let television fool you into thinking we are all doing badly in the US. Many of us live very well over here but we are also curious as to what Africa has to offer which is why I like watching these expat channels. I’ve been to Egypt already and as soon as these travel requirements let up, I’ll be back on the road again to explore other countries in Africa for sure!

I wouldn't call it a mansion, the inside does not have high end finishes, but for the price it is spacious rental.

The home needs better window treatments and the bedding needs to be in better condition. They need a real interior decorator. Just saying.
