Someone who has never trainhopped. Also living in Finland might be a part of the story. Its really hard to understand these distances, and diff kind off ppl everywhere you go. The whole US just seems as a whole shitty drug epidemic from here. Seems like ever shittier times are coming, and guys like you do will do good. Kinda envious of that. Really envious of that.

Mark, Get you some Magnesium supplements. Low levels of magnesium can be a factor. Also if you haven't tried Melatonin, it's also very good. Safe travels.

Great picture quality with that camera Shoestring. We're headed to Alaska the first two weeks of August to fish. Taking a float plane into Pelican from Juneau and planning to harvest both Salmon and Halibut. Cool explanation of shelling. Here in Johnstown we have a curve coming onto the historic Stone Bridge. I think of it as singing! There’s a track greaser about 1/10 mile from the bridge.

What a cool video! I learned so much from professor Shoe String! I really enjoyed this one. Getting in shape from the weight really rings true, I met a couple older travelers who did it day in and out for decades, and when they shook your hand it was like a vice grip.

I really like to travel by train, but I prefer to travel inside the train as a passenger. Then I spend my time walking up and down the entire train meeting folk and watching the scenery. First class is especially fun with meals included.
