Finally some top notch police work. I have been seeing horrible police work on other true crime channels lately.

You do realize two things, 1) adding their sponsors is how many uploaders get paid. YT demonetizes films with certain words in it. YT didn’t put the commercials in these. We pay for no YT commercials that they add.
Secondly shows like this are reruns from actual TV shows and sometimes the uploaded doesn’t take the time to take out commercial’s already in the film when they upload it.
So the commercial/ads could be preloaded in the recording.
The point is these are not YT added ads. Your still getting no YT ads.

$131 back then = approximately the cost of a pair of pattern shears, 23 soft-cover floppy disks, a small section of aluminum pipe, and a new soft-cover floppy disk drive back then, I'm sure. The soldering iron would've been standard equipment for that kind of an outfit, and there would've been no additional labor costs to use in-house technicians. Any other department faced with a similar situation would hopefully spend far less than that, even today - probably only needing the aluminum pipe for the soldering iron and the pattern shears for practice. HOPEFULLY, a department faced with such a predicament today would still have an old floppy disk drive and some blank disks in storage, possibly only needing to purchase an adapter to use the old-style serial plugs with a USB port. Then again, hopefully a department today wouldn't be faced with this exact type of predicament, because if a suspect is still regularly using '80s technology in their personal life, then they have other problems going on!

Did anyone else catch it@ 36:27-36:49 🤷🏾‍♀️… This police Sargent was actively flirting with a married (now DEAD) woman (which in whom) he knew she was married admits 2 days before she was discovered DEAD (in area HE SAYS) she NVR goes to( how wld he know her comings & GOINGS?! IJS)If they were not already having some kind of SNEAKY LINK RELATIONSHIP GOIN ON!?! This makes me feel like he(the Sargent) should have been a “PERSON OF INTEREST” as well!!! Maybe the Sargent killed her(THE REASON SHE WAS IN THIS SECLUDE AREA SHE NVR GOES TO)… And when she told him she wanted to make things right with her husband… he went into a fit of rage nd KILLED HER🤷🏾‍♀️💁🏽‍♀️, but he knew that the prime suspect would be her husband (which would ultimately become the Sargent’s SCAPEGOAT…🤷🏾‍♀️💁🏽‍♀️…!?! That’s why that part of talking to Ol’ Sarg. Was ended nd edited so quickly 💁🏽‍♀️… what do u guys think 🤔 🤷🏾‍♀️… I SMELL 👃 A 🐀 RAT WITH IN A POLICE 👮‍♂️ UNIFORM!!!

Your entire story is jumbled and you're adding too many of your own opinions in a comment that in itself is already an opinion. And you're using way too many brackets, capitals and emoticons.
I'm sorry but the entire text is unreadable.

Why do both females on the first show speak so nasally? Is it part of an accent? Or do they just have a stuffy cold?
