Welcome to Kapper Outdoors Project 291! This is an incredible Southern Illinois property that we recently purchased and have begun to completely improve and transform this incredible 291 acre property! In today's episode I will be using the Komatsu pc88 excavator as I will be digging a deer watering hole and also building up a section of new road through the woods that is a low area. This is all a jungle, as it is overgrown fields with about 15 years of overgrowth! This particular Southern Illinois farm is an absolutely stunning property that has been neglected and overgrown for the last 10 to 15 years. We have just started on this property by working on clearing a new road/trail through the center of the property with the Bobcat T650 CTL skid steer, then we'll continue on the new 30 acre parcel with the Komatsu PC88 as Curtis and I get the feel for the bigger excavator, as we have both been using our Bobcat e42 R2 series mini excavator for the last few years. There are so many different aspects and moving parts of this land investment project that it will take many episodes to try to encapsulate all of the stages of this incredible property improvement and transformation project! It's not just hunting land, It's not just a logging project, it's not just a land flip project, it's not just a land cleanup project, it's not a hunting lease project, it's not just a hunting land project..
