That is pretty helpful . I’m 57 and started being able to see images on the space in front of me (also seeming smaller and as if they are pictures flashing on the wall or whatever solid background . I think this makes sense for mind’s eye
I experience clairvoyance both in my minds eye, and as an opaque shape thing in physical reality. Your explanations are how I would describe them as well. I watched your other video when you uploaded it originally, and I was shocked because you described my exact experience. Thank you, as always.

My mom definitely has psychic abilities and last year twice while she was waking up she saw things. Once it was her mom who’s been gone many years walk past her. She rubbed her eyes looked again, still there then she just sort of vanished. Then a few months later she woke up to the ghost of a little girl in a communion gown, smiling and looking at her at the foot of her bed, the part that gave me chills was the apparition was me as a child in my communion dress. She said I smiled and when it upset her she yelled out and I vanished. I still don’t understand what that meant yet. That was December of 2020.
Interesting! Definitely sounds like she was getting hits, maybe some literal and some symbolic! I think right before we fall asleep and after we wake up are some of the most naturally intuitive times!
I remember this time when my sister told me she got a new wallet. In my mind's eye I saw a thin, white wallet, I didn't think much of it. The next day she came into my room to show me her new wallet and it was exactly what I saw in my minds eye... Kinda crazy.
Hi Lauryn, I've had many accounts with seeing shadow people, a few times seeing apparitions. But the one thing I don't or can't get an answer to is seeing what I call the "Transparents " they are a visual outline of a person or people that are transparent like wavy glass. I see them moving across the room just above my eyeglass frames when I'm looking up. There was one time it was like Grand central station in the living room. I like to know who they are.

That sounds like you are seeing the physical energy the spirit is around, as in a combination of physics and spirit. I practice looking at and moving energy and it helps a lot
Thanks for your video! I definitely have been using my clairvoyant gifts more and receive flashes of insight in my minds eye. The problem I have though is that I become sort of dizzy, nauseous and headache immediately. Within 30 seconds of asking a question or tuning into my minds eye. It’s pretty frustrating because I want to practice but I can’t seem to handle it. I try to ground myself but I’ve always had a big issue staying grounded. Do you have any experience or knowledge about this? thanks!

My first tip is to try all these different exercises, no skipping, no half-assing 😉 If you are still struggling focus on block removal and your other claires. And remember that the psychic ability is all about practice, so keep learning and trying, it won't happen overnight!

Is it clairvoyance when you see things in your dreams... and they happen afterwards?
I would say its a form of clairvoyance, a little different from being awake and clairvoyant. When it happens later, that's precognition!
