Hello Kia I really loved your video so much there were lots of amazing ideas to use which I really appreciate so much I have been reading books I have been listening to some that I have bought from audible but I also have been reading on my kindle but only as you said for about 10 minutes or so but I have been thinking about trying to read more and to try to journal more too. It makes me happy plus it raises my vibration also which feels amazing. Thank you again beautiful your video is truly inspiring! I really love your journal. I have been pausing the video just to jot notes down. 🥰❤💯🧚♀🪄
