Love 243win took deer with factory Winchester ballistic Silvertip in 95gr. I actually pick up box of those nosler 95gr Silvertip to make own handloads with using stayBall6.5 in cci primmer for my H&r single shot. Few videos out on my channel need test them on range with chronograph soon
I load the same bullet and it was just in the online manual in November. It’s crazy that I ran into the exact same issue running the AR-comp recipe. Third string in and blew a primer. Some primer cratering in second string but no case head expansion measured with a micrometer.
There’s no way I’m not being throttle back by YT…my videos that aren’t fully monetized do great but the ones that are fully monetized get very few views compared.

Smart man, safety first. Don't need to blow your face off for a few more FPS. A chronograph and visual inspection are a handloaders best friends.

Savage rifles do that to the primer even with low pressure
I have had my best luck with the 243 using powders in the 4350 burn rate. H4350, IMR4350, and Hybrid 100V. Good video.
