- Hello folks. Happy Sunday! This week I bring you Part 1 from the Athens tractor pull. It was a good pull and had a variety of tractors. Unfortunately, I couldn't stay right to the end. The pull started around 11 in the morning and I left at 9 that evening. A LONG DAY OF PULLING!! After watching this video most of you would think it was my first day using a camera lol. The wind picked up in the afternoon and that didn't help. Sometimes it's hard to make a quality video with a handheld camera, but regardless of the sloppy camera work, I hope you will enjoy today's video.
The tractor pull looked like fun to watch, some very cool old tractors
Thanks for watching! I will be heading over soon to checkout some of your new videos!
Another great video. Love them tractor pulls

Good morning John.
Long distance is the next best thing to being there!
I'm glad you could stop by!
Always surprised that some go to these pulls and there tractor are not running on all cylinders. It was a good pull. The Olivers where well represented. Always nice to see old iron pulling for what they can....CHEERS
Hello, Gator! Some of them run well until they hook to the sled. Lots of Olivers around here. Take care
Beautiful day for it John
It was nice.
nice to see pulling season in full swing up there in Canada
Thanks, Colton!
9:10 !!!
Holy cow that little Massey did well !
He did do well for sure.
Man, some of those modified ones really tear down the track
Hello Gary! They sure do.
Fun to see the older tractors in the pull. They really did great! Love the guy in the horned helmet!😂 What are the frames for I see in the centre of rear wheels on some of them?
Hello there! I like the old iron pulling. I laughed when I saw the helmet. The frames are for adding more weight.Take care
Some of them had a tough time to pull and others no problem. I was surprised how many had a hard time to steer because of the front tire had a lot of air time. No helmets worn at this tractor pull. Is it because of the classification of the tractor’s or just not required at that location? Thanks for sharing John!
The trick is to get as much momentum as possible at the start. The helmet rule is from the sled operator, for insurance reasons. This sled owner didn't have a helmet policy. Take care
Man I can't wait to have the return of the winter season 👍😇👌❄🥶Nice antique Cockshutt tractor rebound 😎😎👍🤣at 4:40 That Oliver just did a fly pass 🤣🤣👍👍Man that top less red tractor did also a fly pass too 🤣🤣👍👍An Other fly pass by that Oliver 👍👍🤣🤣MAN THAT Sexy Top Less Red Tractor almost hit the concrete wall !!! 🤣🤣👍👍 Thank You John and have a nice week MAAAN Cheers 🍻🍻
WHAT!!!! No snow MAN!! Some of these tractors get flying pretty fast. That topless tractor has a Chevy small block in there for power lol. Maybe we will see an antique Mahindra pulling like in the year 2040. Our grandkids will be watching. Take care
Good one John. A few of them seem to have fuel troubles. Do you pull tractors or trucks ?
Truck and tractor pulls were here this weekend.
It was a good pull. They didn't pay enough carbon tax on their gas. I don't pull. Are you going to them?
No I didn’t go. I’d rather watch your videos.
In two weeks time the Dundas plowing match is going. I plow Friday and Saturday. Then Sunday I watch some of the pulls there.
Don’t say that out loud John. That they didn’t pay enough carbon tax, some government yahoo might hear you. 🤭
That Deutz!
It's an interesting machine. Take care
Those little cultivator tractors are so odd to look at. That Farmall at 2:00, super c or 230? Or c or 200.
Love the illusion of tires turning backwards
Hello. It's a regular C. Like the wagons in the old Western movies lol.
3:30 !!!
Good pull til that happened
It looked expensive lol.
Electric vehicles …
eat your hearts out!!!
No electric tractors lol. It would be interesting to see though.
