Had some good laughs and still grinning ear to ear, great video! :) Since you were always a bit faster than me, and my 06:41 is full of crashes/repairs and bad lap times (only tryout I could finish, 14 down the drain), you should be able to go below 6:00. I really enjoyed your 'Dark Souls' comparison (one of my favourite games ever), since I often use it myself to describe the effort/accomplishment thing going on in most of my tracks. While building FF3, I was quite uncertain about how much death blocks I use and how difficult I arrange them. They have been the parts of the track that got changed/adjusted the most during construction / testing... I think I actually do that "easy" version you mentioned, without any death blocks, and FF6 was already planned to be without them aswell.

@@RobIsNow The "analysis part" in the later half of the video is spot on, you broke down my planning/thoughts on the series itself perfectly! The gates/rings/tunnels are rather big and easy, looked at individually, but their combination and the angles between them make it exponentially harder to pull off, the faster you try to fly.
