I have a prestige 500 that I have been having rotisserie issues with. The customer service has been fantastic trying to figure out what is going on with it, and helping to remedy the problem. You can’t go wrong with one of these grills, or the after service. Best grill purchase I have ever made.

I bought the Prestige 500 RSIB natural gas and I'm so glad i don't have to deal with worrying if the propane tank is running out or not, even with having two tanks like i always did. Natural gas is the way to go. 👍🏼
ALWAYS own at least two propane bottles. You can run one until it's completely empty instead of exchanging a bottle with a few pounds still in it. Tip: weigh your propane bottles on a bathroom scale. Empty 20 pound bottles weigh about 18 pounds empty, anything over that is propane. Get your bottles filled at a place that will fill your own bottle, don't use an exchange if you can avoid it. Blue Rhino and others put 15 or 18 pounds in the bottle, not 20. It's in the small print. Source: I fill propane.
