As of today, the lounge at terminal 4 in cancun is no longer taking priority pass.. sucks because cancun terminals are not connected!! You have to get a shuttle to go from one terminal to another
Great info. FYI, you do not need dual citizenship to get global entry. The global entry is a trusted traveler program. If you pass the background check, you will get TSA pre check plus expedite entry into the United States.
Hi, I last visited the Cancun airport in November of 2021, but I didn't have time to visit any of the lounges - most large airports have multiple lounges available. I see the error message you mentioned on the website, which makes me think the lounge is either temporarily closed or entirely out of commission due to COVID. I've seen this a lot at many airports these last two years.
The Cancun one shown here has been my favorite so far. Most others have been pleasant, too, though, but I’ve seen more accommodating ones available elsewhere. My least favorite was at the Dallas airport in Terminal 1, mostly because it was packed and had a waiting line. However, it was also broken into three rooms/sections and had an open hallway in the middle.
Great video. I was wondering, if i have priority passes through the Chase reserves card and it allows me to bring 2 guests for free. Does it mean i can go to any PP lounge bringing 2 guests? Would the lounge know that I'm allowed to bring 2 guests for free through the PP card or should i tell them beforehand? Are kids considered as guests or is there a different fee for kids going in?
Correct, all PP lounges allow two guests, and many allow kids as your free guest(s). Some allow children under a certain age to enter for free. Download the priority pass app for those details before you travel. I also use the app to find lounges when I arrive at an airport. You don’t need to let them know you are coming. Once in a while, though, you might run into a full lounge with a wait line. Think holiday travels.
Three people total, including yourself, is the total complimentary amount. You can add additional guests (not sure of the limit), but you will have to pay a fee for each.
It does not - I wish! I use the Amex Blue Cash Preferred card for that. The earnings on that includes 3% on gas, 3% on transit (Uber, parking, etc), 6% on streaming, and 6% on supermarkets (groceries).
Yep! You can bring two guests at no charge, so three people total, including yourself. After that, you pay a fee. I can’t remember how much, but about $30-$50 for each additional person.
Thank you! Points don't expire, they remain active as long as you keep the card open. The points get generated into your account every month on the same day. If you look at the screenshot I attached at 2:50 you can see that you are able to track the number of points you are expected to receive on your designated date.
She's Millennial As a US citizen, you only need your US passport. After applying and everything checks out, you will get “conditionally approved”....then you have 365 days to schedule a face to face interview. They just ask a bunch of questions and that’s it. I just recently went through the process. :)
@@thejoehillexperience Oh ok. It sounds similar to the TSA application. Except with TSA you setup your face to face to apply then wait a couple weeks to see if you got approved. Thanks for the info! I will now forever have a video with false information :/
Thanks for asking! We haven’t fully pinned it out yet but so far we will start in London, then Belgium and Amsterdam... We hope to fly first class with points :)
I'm about to have my first experience tomorrow. I'm excited
That’s great! How did it go?
The intro caught me off-guard lol

Oh no! Well, that's a bummer. Thanks for the updated info.
Amazing review. Thank you so much from DC!
Awesome video! The lounge access alone would make this card worth it.

Yes, sorry for the misinformation! I have yet to do the expedited entry into the US. I’m traveling next week and will try to look into it. Thank you!
Thank you for sharing this cool airport lounge.
Thank you!!
That looks awesome! Super luxurious ☺️☺️
Thank you! It’s quiet the airport experience for sure :)
Is the lounge no longer available? I clicked on the link and it says there is an error.

What’s your favorite lounge that you’ve been in around the world?

Google Singapore airport. I never wanted to leave.

80,000 with Sapphire Preferred. $95 AF but has $50 grocery statement
Hmm thanks for the info!
I thought you can bring unlimited number of pl with you to the lounge with that card

Those camera angles 🔥
Thanks ma!!
How can we check which airport in US has these lounges?
Download the Priority Pass app or visit their website
Does gas count as 3x travel points?
It does not - I wish! I use the Amex Blue Cash Preferred card for that. The earnings on that includes 3% on gas, 3% on transit (Uber, parking, etc), 6% on streaming, and 6% on supermarkets (groceries).
Everyone in the lounge is free? Is there a limit?
Yep! You can bring two guests at no charge, so three people total, including yourself. After that, you pay a fee. I can’t remember how much, but about $30-$50 for each additional person.
Do you have blue eyes or are they colored contact lenses?
I have green eyes, but they lean gray and blue, depending on the colors around me. No contacts. 👀
Great video. How long do my points last and how quickly can I redeem them for travel?
