Disappointed. There may be real value in this, but without examples of the approach in action, its hard to tell. If you can't demonstrate how to apply it, or how its been applied, it has minimal value.
Wouldn't that be looking at someone ELSE'S past? The key is to free your mind to new possibilities, not based on someone else's results.
Hi Ken, strategy by its very definition is not tactics nor logistics. It comes natural to some people to look at strategy and find specific examples on how it gets applied, to others not so much. You strike me as the later, which is not uncommon. My Suggestion is that you find someone, a consultant perhaps, that can help you connect those dots while you focus on what you do best. Cheers.
