    That's a delicious looking sauce and I appreciate how easy it is to make! Especially for a kitchen novice like me! I didn't know that there was such a thing as blackening and blooming spices, I will combine your blackening video with this sauce recipe! Thanks for the drizzle swizzle!

      Parsley 100%. Personally Basil or even better Thai Basil would be my second choice

    Do you use full fat coconut milk?

      @@DJTMoney23 Yes I do, but the sauce should still work with reduced fat just might take a little less lime juice

    I notice you didn’t peel your carrots. I’ve never skipped that step. Have I been wasting time doing that for my entire life?

      If they're the nice smaller/younger carrots and the outside looks reasonably clean I usually just wipe them down. But sometimes the outside can have a musty smell and I'd definitely peel those
