Christmas has arrived in Gensokyo and people are celebrating, especially in the human village~
However.. this time the fireworks couldn't prepared on time for Christmas Eve and many children are sad about it.
An "evil" hermit has heard about it, and it seems she has an idea...

What happened then, while in gensokyo they say, that Seiga’s small heart grew 3 sizes that day. And the true danmaku of Christmas shown through, and Seiga unleashed a barrage of 10 Seigas plus 2.

Seiga stood that night just hating the Christmas tradition
Upon a snowy gensokyo she looked and pondered
"How could I capitalize off this Christmas wonder?"

We all were expecting Marisa, but it was yo girl, Seiga. XD
I find it soo Troll that the Santa of Gensoukyou takes stuff instead of giving, but if there is a place that would live is Definetlt Gensoukyou.
Santa is probably the most powerful youkai that still exists outside of Gensokyo.
Once, years ago, I was working on a project in which Gensokyo, and Touhou, was implied to be canon, despite not being relevant. In this project, it was a relatively minor plot point that Santa Claus was well acquainted with "the gap youkai" and also "the wicked hermit", though the two would never be mentioned by name. So, it was actually quite nostalgic to see a take on Seiga Literally Stealing Christmas that also presented her as a friend of Old Saint Nick. Cute animation. Such a delight to watch as always.
