My main problem with Izanagi no Okami is that he can't be saved to the compendium. To me, that makes him only good for getting the Victory Cry Skill Card.

Victory Cry is genuinely broken in this game. You're in New Game+ by the time you get access to that skill card. Money is no issue.

I feel that the only good thing that Izanagi no Okami has in this game is Victory Cry and also that it is necessary for the achievement of "The Power of the Truth."

But seriously, that's a shame. If you could save him to the compendium, it would be 100x better. It is a shame that InO is better in a game that isn't its own (Persona 5 Royal and 3 Reload as DLC Personas with Myriad Truths as a playable skill).

I have a mod that gives InO Myriad Truths as a usable skill, although I think it uses the Morning Star graphic.

Build suggested by the sub h h, InO is so bad to be the final Persona on this game, Satanael and Orpheus Telos are so much better Ultimate Personas.

I just edited it with sony vegas, but you can silence the bgm in the settings and play something else in the background too.

Which Persona has Arms Master and Primal Force for Izanagi no Okami?
You pretty much only showed personas with repel light and repel dark

You right I forgot to add arm´s master skill card, you can get that card from Futsunushi. You can get Primal Force from kartikeya(learns it by itself)
