I really appreciate Geoff’s commentary. So much knowledge. I didn’t appreciate him saying Yuto doesn’t have his own tricks, but he has a point. Luckily Yuto grew into his personal bag of tricks, and fast too. Also Geoff comes from a creative era of skateboarding - everyone was about having their own style and personal tricks.

Dydrek is genius for putting such a sick competition series together and locking down the deals to get it televised my major networks. It would be cool to see some new faces from time to time but I I’m not complaining. I also like thrashers bail or bust contests which are held at actual street spots and bring out an insane amount of rippers. Sls and xgames, and some of the contests put on by energy drink companies all seem to have similar courses and attract the same skaters
