- Quite distinctive anomaly on the waveform, easy recognized once familiar with it.
Often synonymous with valve sealing issues or excessive EGR gases corrupting A/F charge.
Full disclosure, I am only an amateur mechanic. - Авто та транспорт
Great video again. You seem to touch on the things I wonder about.
Thx again 🍻
i like how you make thing easy and simple thank you
That’s because I’m simple 🤣 Thanks for watching 🍻
Brilliant demonstration 👍
Thx for watching 🍻
Outstanding video, great info. Thanks for taking the time to share. Cheers
Thanks again 🍻
Wow!! Great demo.
Completely love how you "bench test" stuff to see how it operates.
Like me , I bet you took alot of things apart over the years just to see how what's inside 😅😅
Yes I did. Very few of them ever went back together 🤣 Thx for watching 🍻
I did that on electronic fuel injectors as well (fuel air diagnostic) same wave and secondary signatures. Very helpful
At first glance injector and ignition waveforms can look similar. Further scrutiny reveals they are telling quite different tales. Devil as usual is in the detail. Thx for watching.
Great demonstration 👍
Thank you very much & thx for watching 🍻
Nice one.Your videos are very provide great content.👍
Thanks very much. And thanks for watching 🍻
That was really interesting Ian, I've never seen that simple demo before. Kind of surprising how consistent the waveform was with no turbulence.
Thx Chris. It’s was a little surprising how well it demonstrated. Thx for watching 🍻
Excellent explanation of secondary wave form.
Thank you for sharing.
Thanks very much for watching 🍻
Great demonstration. Keep it up
Thx for watching 🍻
thanks a lot
could you tell me please what's the brand name of pulse generator 👍
Thx for watching. Here is the link. The test set in the video is just something I knocked up with a few different facilities.

It’s Amazon Canada but you can source one from many retailers 🍻
Hi, can you test it with inline meter, instead of inductive one
On a coil on plug assembly there is no direct access point to the secondary. Apart from primary coil current ramping, trigger monitoring and a ground point check. Capacitive or induction leads afford the best insight to the secondary waveform. Thx for watching 🍻
