I saw my being as a great pine tree, and with every breath, rainbow water pouring from my chakras into my roots. Energy flowed into me from above and from Earth below, meeting in the center of my heart. These energies are alchemized in my heart beaming golden radiance into every human being on this planet. I can barely hear out of my left ear, and I have tinnitus real bad but somehow this is soothing when I use an earbud

What do you reccomend for tinnitus?

@@hang5bmx I know there’s things they sell in stores, but I haven’t tried them yet. I know lack of sleep doesn’t help. If I stay up more than a day or two, it gets worse…or more noticeable. Most of the time it doesn’t bother me too much, but it’s always there.
It’s louder than the loudest sound I can hear when I could hear from that ear no matter where I am.
I feel like it ‘interacts’ with certain frequencies and changes slightly.
I know sounds such as these help distract from it, but it’s always there. I think it was there when I was little, just as a very low hum…

I haven’t reached the root chakra meditation yet, but I know it is going to be great, just like all of your other meditations. I was rather taken by the 10 hour long advert of just rain. I too am very deaf, and have tinnitus in both ears with varying pitches, but the sounds of the rain hitting different surfaces is brilliant. Thank you 🙏 ❤

Hi,
Press in harder w/your mallet and see if that creates a better sound.
If that doesnt work then see if you can find a bowl with a more projecting sound.
