Belfast county grand Lodge is not the orange order. It is simply a county within the whole orange order. Belfast does not speak for the rest of the orange order

I don’t think they were attempting to speak for the rest of the order, they’re addressing issues of concern within the Belfast County lodges and the bands who accompany them. In the episode I did with Mervyn Gibson he stated that the GOLI didn’t think that the bands register Belfast County were proposing was a good idea.
