Jen Kirkman is the best drunk storyteller. They need to have her on the show more often.
This video is what got me to watch Drunk History.
"Thank you much."
"He died a few months later, doing what he loved: sticking up for ladies. And you can't fault him for that."
Cheadle's comic timing is perfect.
My favorite one! The narrator is amazing! The best one is when she says I was going to lose weight for this..hahaha
I'm literally a drunk history virgin. I've never watched this before but was looking up some of Jen Kirkman's interviews and heard she did this show and didn't know exactly what it was and looked it up lol.
Waters must have known this would be one of the best and that's how he got such a great cast.
hahaha dougless's hair is killing me! especially when its gray.. awesome
"He's black. I'm not being prejudice. He's black I'd like to let you know" LOL
This is my favorite Drunk History, Jen Kirkman is amazing.
"Frederick Douglass remained an advisor to President Clinton!"
I can't wait to see all the great things Frederick Douglass is going to achieve.
The thing about. About. About. About. Richard Dreyfus. Jen is the best ever!
She upped her game from 1 1/2 bottles to 2 bottles!! Nicely done, Ms. Kirkman!
I love Jen Kirkman! Her voice is so soothing hahahha
Also love how much Zooey Deschanel is in character. :)
These are so fantastic and deserving of so much attention. I also, I adore Jen Kirkman. Hers was my favorite of the original batch.
Jen Kirkman in Episode 3 is absolutely hilarious, as are the actors who portray her telling of the tale of Oney Judge. No drunk person could possibly match her!
This is pure gold. I cried laughing the first time I saw it. Just cried again. Fucking GOLD!
my fuckin' favorite.
"his ffffffffavorite walking stick"
"Thank you, Muttch"
i love the look they give when she messes up with clinton
this has always and will ever remain epic
She called him President Clinton half way through hahah
"Did I need to do a more story about them?" No, that was perfection.
"The thing about... about... about... about Richard Deyfuss... what is his name... Fredrick Douglas... I knew it was something similar." LMFAO!!!!!!
yes, you absolutely have to do more story about them!!
1:09 Hmmm... I'm no hardcore historian but I didn't think they had too many pick-up trucks parked near the White House in the 1860s! :P
that's where I left it thanks
Time traveling, prove it doesn't exist
Oh gosh, this never gets old.
this is by far the funniest one. it needs more views!
"I didn't take my pants off or anything, did I? Cause I feel like I don't have pants on... Oh, cause I'm in a dress!" aha!!!! She is Hilarious!
Richard Dreyfuss’ brief cameo is the best part of this lol
"Did I need to do a more story about them?"
So golden
Jesus Christ I was laughing hysterically through all of this. Jen is awesome, Don is awesome, Will is awesome, Zooey is awesome...this is all just pretty much awesome.
The bottle of wine I just downed MIGHT have something to do with this.
ya but they really are awesome
this show is LIFE..kmsl!
this Jen lady is the BEST on drunk history!!! I'm dying!
"I wanted to lose weight before this" LOL I love her.
shhh. i get it. i know. i know who you are. it's been explained to me. i've been following your career forever. be quiet. i'm into it. nn let's talk.
I've learned more about history in watching these videos than in my actual history class...ever.
"This guy is talking a good game! You should meet with him." And Lincoln wasn't a douchbag. So he's like "Alright, I'll meet with him!"
Jen Kirkman is beyond amazing!
Bless her, what a great narator
Cheadle's look as he turns away from mary-todd lincoln is fucking classic.
Frederick D.'s autobiography is short and highly interesting to read. I used to use a short summary of some of his stories with my middle school students and they really liked it, too.
If my history lessons in school would've been like this i sure as hell would've paid more attention :D
Yay! Jen Kirkman is back!
THANK YOU MUCH. hahahaha best part. i think this girl's definitely the most drunk out of all of them.
EPIC! I like this one a lot. It is probably my new favorite.
Dear DrunkHistory,
We need more of these. I think I waited a year for this new one. Please make tons and tons more.
Love, Everybody
Wow. The most brilliant thing I've seen on UA-cam in quite a while. Laughed continuously.
Hell yes Zooey Deschanel: "He....would've fuckin loved that."
favorite ever. thanks for finally UL'ing it
That was amazing. This should have a hundred million views.
"seemingly endless came from a niece". I love transcribed audio
why this awesome channel only got 74k subs?
"frederik douglass remained an advisor to president clinton" 2:51 xD
I would have Jen Kirkman's story-telling babies!
This video is very clever and solid. I'm looking forward to Vol. 7
i love frederick douglass!!
Thumbs up for any history teachers who love this!
That is the most awesome drunk performance I have ever seen.
the best drunk history
This is one of my all-time favorites. I loved the Clinton moment :)
Alexander Hamilton was another favorite.
Frederick Douglas' hair is fire
be quiet. i'm into it. HAHAHAHAHA
"Thank you much" 😂 me when I talk when I'm sober
“Did I need to do a more story about them”
"I have a mental illness...but I don't.....He's the father of the civil rights!"
I swear I learn more from these videos than I ever did in history class :D :D :D
I only care about the Jen Kirkman episodes, she's the fucking best 😂
"Shhhh...I get it. I know. I know who you are. It's been explained to me. I've been following your career forever. Be quiet."
A genius Idea, executed masterfully.
Best Drunk History!!
Thank you for making more of these!!!!!!! : )
THANK YOU!! FINALLY!!
Oh god, I'm crying "Did I take my pants off? "
God, the intro alone shows just how drunk she is lol. This is perfect.
"Alright, it's the.. Lincoln .. Emancipation M-memorial..."
THANK YOU!!!
I saw this on the first night of Hollyshorts in LA a couple of weeks ago. The entire audience was cracking up. hilarious
Finally, history explained in a way I can understand.
I would pay strong money for Don's funeral wig.
I love dude that plays Senator Pommerang or however it's spelled.
epic re-telling
I love that Don Cheadle is in it...
@2:55 the look on Will Ferreii's face when she says "He was an advisor to President Clinton..."
HAHAHA.. "Da da da! Abraham Lincoln, let me introduce you to Frederick Douglas."
JEN KIRKMAN needs her own show.
The look on Zooey's face when she gave Don that walking stick, priceless.
"And then he died a few months later, doing what he loved - sticking up for ladies"
This is the best Drunk History out there. And not only because Zooey Deschanel is so hot. Classic!
Holy shit she is fucking wrecked. This is the best history
This is absolutely hilarious !!!
"his ffffffffffffffavorite walking stick" lmao!!!
Btw, Zooey rocks!!
This needs to be made into a feature length film- or at least an HBO miniseries like John Adams.
She's not immune to feelings because she's a badass, she's immune to feelings because she's Zooey Deschanel.
literally a perfect specimen
there needs to be more drunk history videos!
I want my history class to be like this.
Beautiful
Great work you guys. Love these vids!
LOL @ :54... "da da daaa!" I'm glad there was no vomiting in this one. It kind of ruins it for me when they throw up.
"Now my head is shutting asleep".......WHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!
Mary Todd Lincoln's reaction to her husband being shot is interesting.
i think that's my favorite. fuggin high-larious.
"Thank you much for the walking stick."
this is awesome.
