All Taco Bells are not created equal. Here in California with Newscum passing a law of 20 dollars an hour for fast food workers the prices have risen astronomically and the portions have gotten even smaller.
You can't live in CA for less money than that. I promise you, if they reduced employee wages the menu prices would still continue to rise. It's a simple matter of corporate greed. We waste 19 million tons of food yearly in the US, so it's clearly not a supply chain issue. It's the companies we consumers rely on taking advantage of the 2020 pandemic to permanently fuck us over. Unless we stage mass boycotts and force companies to stop shrinkflation, it will continue because we need goods and services. It still costs these companies literal fractions of pennies to produce these shitty fast foods, the profit margin is insane and the employee wages are not forcing them to rip us off.
I've tried all of them and the best option is the soft taco!! It's actually Hella loaded and it's pretty amazing. The worst one was the quesadilla that was the biggest rip off ever
I was never a huge taco bell guy but I do remember their portions and quality being better In the 90s and early 2000's. I'd say prolly about 4 times a week i swing thru the drive thru for a quick snack in the form of a soft taco sub the ground beef for steak and add the avocado ranch sauce which comes out to $3.33 (was $3.23 but last week they went up on some menu items) It's annoying that Im paying extra for "steak" and for the avocado sauce and I get like 4 small little pieces of steak and what I would say looks like 4 tablespoons of avocado sauce which just makes it a mess 🤦♂️ Oh yea and hell yea wayne......love the vids! Went to go look you up the other day to show my girl your content and kept looking up "Dang Wayne" 😅😅
What made taco bell my go to was good taste and great value. Since they raised the prices so much on even their value menu I would much rather just pay the premium for Qudoba or Chipotle
