      The focus of this session is not Sweet Spot Shannon. It's Threshold with a gear focused effort. However, we discuss a progressive approach which will start in Tempo / Zone 3 for some or maybe Sweet Spot for others.

    Love your training videos. How long should a lap take?

      Hard to say has it will depend on too many variables. Power is a lot more relatable, hence why we reference this. However, once you know your lap speed for certain power, you can start to work on body position and bike set up to improve speed.
