It looks like something that is a step below a Platinum Games game technically, but with great animations. Depending on how grabby the free-to-play model is I might give it a try.
The most depressing part about MiHoYo games is that they look and play great even as someone who doesn't like anime games, but the predatory gacha/lootbox/slot machine gambling stuff just completely destroys my interest. The mobile game style limited energy that you have to wait a day or pay to refill only further ruins it, too.
Do you have in consideration that this is a free game? You know, without those gacha mechanics implemented on Hoyoverse's games, you probably won't be able to enjoy hours of entertainment like the release of this game. Otherwise, where does the money would come from to develop more games and updates?
@@Octragon I mean it's not totally gambling, at certain amount of pulls it is guaranteed to have a character. Also, if new characters were only purchasable with money, then people F2P won't be able to get them, remember you can also participate in the gacha system by just playing the game. It can be very grinding if you want to have lots of characters, but I can tell you that investing on 2 teams even on the 4 star characters, you can easily enjoy full game and story, so it's not a pay-to-win game neither.
Honestly I don't feel anything about the game I know it's hoyo so I will try it but Start Rail and Genshin feel special this doesn't. I was hooked on Star Rail from the Moment Kafka gave the Violin performance but here I am not feeling a connection.
Design choice isn't censorship. If they actually censored the game, more than half of the characters in ZZZ wouldn't make it in the final build of the game

It is made by the same company, but just because the art style is similar does not make it a clone. The gameplay, for one, is not the same. Genshin is action-adventure and ZZZ is ARPG.

This game have like 2 GB of little details, 15 GB of jiggle physics then the rest for the actual game.
More games need options like dodge counters for perfect blocking or dodging, 2 or three options as a reward is always fun
