Work up fast, and very unique! Just fancy enough, just right for a veteran crocheter like me- always on the hunt for patterns that “ tick all the boxes”! Thank you!
Jackie…this tutorial come up as a suggestion and boy am I so excited that it did!!! This motif is gorgeous!!! My reaction was joy in my heart and a smile on my face!!! I will definitely be using it for a project that I have in mind using granny squares!!! New sub… so excited to see your finished blanket. Will be binge watching to see what other wonderful tutorials you have. Thanks so much for sharing this beautiful design… well done!!! Stay safe and be blessed ❤
@@CherishedMemoriesCrochet I’m not the best at patterns. I love watching the tutorials because once I see something done i can do it and also work out how to make my own version of it. I’m going to attempt to do the flowers 🌸 (no border) and connect them for one big afghan. I may do different size flowers as well.
I call that a Treble crochet. I never heard it called Triple Double...It is a beautiful square. I think I'll make an afghan using this square. I subscribed.
This is a very beautiful granny square crochet. I like this motif. Thank you for the tutorial, my friend. I am waiting for the next tutorial. Good luck

Hi Jackie So happy you came up on my feed. I subscribed and I saved this wonderful tutorial. It's a beautiful design. You should be proud of yourself!! 😊 I'm excited to see the finished blanket. You're welcome! I'm glad you found it relaxing. I got this message as I was finishing the last row of one of these so I went ahead with another row to see what would look best. I did 3 DC ch 1, 3 DC in the corners & a DC on every HDC. I thought it looked good & you can repeat until it gets as big as you want. 😊
@@CherishedMemoriesCrochet thankyou very much for your efficient reply and advice your very kind and helpful thanks alot I going to try out tomorrow on my day off! X
Hi Jackie! I am using this pattern along with a couple others.. 2 of your patterns for a blanket. I LOVE your finished blanket!! It is absolutely gorgeous!❤ I have a question though. I found a gorgeous granny square on Pinterest but there is no link at all. It dead ends. I wondered if I sent you a picture if you could make the pattern? Or with your own twist? I don't think I'm knowledgeable enough to come up with it on my own. Sending you special thanks for your video! Most grateful! XX
Thank you so much! Of course you can send me a picture & I'll do my best with it. You can't share pictures on here for some reason but you can send it to my email, jackielgilbert@yahoo.com
Thank you & thanks for subscribing! I am almost done with the blanket & I am planning on doing a tutorial showing how I attached the granny squares & how to do the border. 😊
Thank you! I did 22 purple, 21 pink, 21 yellow. I did a sequence of purple, pink & yellow. I started the 1st row with purple, pink, yellow, purple, pink, yellow, purple, pink & started the 2nd row with yellow then continued lining the colors up. I will be uploading a tutorial this week of how I put it all together.
@CherishedMemoriesCrochet It's simply gorgeous! I just finished 1 and I'm very happy with how it turned out...I used the Lion Brand Respun 4wt...which is more like a 3wt..lol but it turned out nicely; but I think the regular acrylic yarns like mainstays or red heart etc would be just gorgeous esp with making a blanket...im looking so fwd to seeing how your "Adriana" blanket turns out...im sure your Granddaughter will adore it! I purchased that pattern and will definitely hold this one close...I thank the LORD for blessing me to see this pattern that HE blessed you to design! May the LORD continue to bless you, your Family and your business! V/R, Angela
On the last row you have 4 HDC after corner and before first "V" stitch (treble,ch2,tr) but just before next corner you only have 3 HDC after 2nd "V stich" and next corner. I'm confused why it's not the same on both sides. Can you or anyone explain it to me? Is this correct?
Sorry if I confused you. There is 1 hdc on top of each of the 1st 3 DC (not counting the corners) the next HDC is to the side of the V & 2 inside of the V. The same for the next V. Then 1 HDC on top of the last 3 DC. It's the exact same amount of stitches. It might seem confusing because the 1st 3 HDC is before the V & the last 3 HDC are after the V. I said 4 HDC at the beginning because that's how they lined up. I hope that makes sense.
@@Swtnovember29 Yes it is correct. Read my comment above & it will make sense. After the 1st 3 HDC it runs into the 1st V-stitch which is where the 4th HDC goes.
Thank you! I can do one. I'm still working on the squares but it shouldn't be too much longer. I'm still deciding on how I want to put it all together. Lol
