The longest monsoon in history (operation Popeye) was a cloud seeding project gone a bit wrong in the Viet Nam war. The US has hid this dirty secret from 99% of the population calling people like me nuts for saying chem trails were real. This man is lying.
They were doing this back in the late 70's and early 80's in Colorado.
I can not believe they are allowing this to happen in Arizona. I can remember when they did the cloud seeding in Oregon years ago. What a mess that was... Causing for years the air quality to be completely bad, and instead of it causing more rain, it did not rain as scheduled.

I think you are right. Dubai flooded from weather modification, but I think that it was an experiment ( or use of new technology)with electrical changed particles
Cloud seeding can only change rainfall amount by a tiny percent. The technology still need water in the atmosphere. It just makes it more likely those atmospheric water would fall as rain. Given the amount of rain Dubai had, it would've been flooded either way.
They've bern modifying weather for decades. Barium strontium and Aluminum. Not wise.

💯 They've been spraying lines in our skies for years that spread out into clouds that then give us Milky white skies. We used to have beautiful skies in southeastern Arizona with normal looking clouds, but we haven't seen that in decades. People have obviously not been looking up from their phone screens when outdoors, or they're too busy taking selfies for their social media accounts to notice what is happening in the skies above. It's called geoengineering and they've been doing it for decades. The chemicals involved are a lot more than what they're telling you....think aluminum, barium and strontium and look up what the health effects of those substances are on humans and plants alike.
