Light Worker - It’s repeatable experiment with 100 percent consistent results. Look up rice experiment, this is very cheap to do. Cleve Baxter used a polygraph machine, MythBusters thought they were going to debunk this plant experiment and ended up having to confirm. I cut 5 patches in the weeds, all received the same light and rain. Two I just put signs; one said love, one said hate. Two I gave emotion, thought, and words ; one loving, thriving; and one hate, destruction on a daily basis. The fifth I left alone as a control. The results are similar to the rice experiment. In the empowerment feeling I knew that water is extremely responsive to every emotion, thought, word spoken or written. I now burst clouds 100 percent of the time, to most it looks like magic. I’ve been able to teach quite a few. I’ve been successful teaching two on line.

Climate Science is a major weapon against the 'Anti Weather Wars Treaty'... Climate is much more of a self-balancing system than expected by physicists, because the Earth is ALIVE (and I literally mean deep in the crust, not just on the surface... Increased particulate matter means more rainfall, especially relief rainfall, but less particulate matter over lower ground means fewer showers and heavier downpours when they do occur..
      --
Sky rivers link forests, increasing humidity, trapping more heat, encouraging more tree growth, so more humidity, more trapped heat, etc... Temperature-H2O FEEDBACK effect, denied outright by the IPCC.. IPCC doesn't even mention sky rivers, when proper environmental scientists want them included in the water cycle, as fundamental as relief rain...

@@RickLambert963 .. Whether plants respond to brainwaves is certainly not 100% confirmed science, by any stretch, but there may be something to it.. We know plants communicate chemically in the air and soil, and are effected by EM radiation so EM radiation from the brain (and heart neuronal system) could have some effect. I wouldn't have used a sign in the experiment as each pole could be contaminating the soil differently... I think you have swallowed a load of pish when it comes to 'emotional water' though... So much garbage put out by the very profitable Homeopathic 'Medicine' lot, the waters are very muddy.

This is what real education actually is, rather than becoming a technician with knowledge in only one area and having no knowledge in others, which is the modern idea of education, she is speaking about the nature of philosophy, which incorporates general ideas and axioms in a very wide range of sciences to develop an overall understanding of reality. Something the technician will never have. She is in the practice of being a human being, while the technicians are in the practice of being a machines. She is wide wake and looking around at everything at once, while the technician has his head stuck in an area that only gives him a clear view of his own colon.

My grandmother told me about a method that her parents and grandparents used to influence the weather in the hinterland. When there was cloudy weather but no rain, they lit a huge bonfire from coniferous branches and wet grass, which gave a lot of smoke. I wonder if that was just a superstition or if smoke particles really could work as condensation points. There is a phenomenon of flammagenitus but it requires far more intense fires.

This can't be a good idea, can it? The large scale ramifications of this are hard to predict and likely to have consequences to the weather patterns of neighbouring regions where this is done. Human hubris like this will lead to potentially catastrophic results that could have a global impact.
This reminds me of the iron-dumping ocean experiment event off the coast of Canada - very dangerous things to be doing. Human's don't want to do the easily acomplishable task of changing how we do things and expanding upon better solutions, instead we just want to counter our pollution with different types of pollution with unstudied potential consequences. This is a dangerous path.
Thank you for your intelligence and amazing ability to explain things in understandable ways Sabine! Love your stuff so much.

The Mekong river is the life line of these three countries, literally. I spoke with many people who said that no one wanted to share a boarder with China. Changing orbital precession
    And vegetation feedbacks,
    Von Neumann dreaming
    And precipitation on windward
These are a few of my favorite things.
As is Judith Durham in 1964 singing 'What Have They Done To The Rain?' Or Dylan's warning:
🎤 Oh, where have you been, my blue-eyed son
And where have you been, my darling young one
I've stumbled on the side of twelve misty mountains
I've walked and I've crawled on six crooked highways
I've stepped in the middle of seven sad forests
I've been out in front of a dozen dead oceans
I've been ten thousand miles in the mouth of a graveyard
    And it's a hard, and it's a hard, it's a hard, and it's a hard
    It's a hard rain's a-gonna fall.
🎤 I speak on behalf of the next generation
My sons and daughters, their children to come
What will you leave them for their recreation
An oil slick, a pylon, an industrial slum
You plunder and pillage, you tear and you tunnel
Trees lying toppled, roots finger the sky
Building a land for machines and computers
In the name of progress the farms have to die
Fish in the ocean polluted and poisoned
The sand on the beaches stinking and black
And you with your tankers, your banks and investments
Say, Never worry, the birds will come back
When the last flower has dropped its last petal
When the last concrete is finally laid
The moon will shine cold on a nightmarish landscape
Your gift to your children, this world that you made
Leave them a flower, some grass and a hedgerow
A hill and a valley, a view to the sea
These things are not yours to destroy as you want to
A gift given once for eternity.

Management of crops for which regions need water and when during seasonal cycles of winds can make transferring moisture to other regions by large scale plowing harvested fields allowing free transport of moisture via convective activity. After winter planning moist regions plowing can accomplish transferring the moisture also.

Very interesting, though I wonder if the relatively modest increase in precip from seeding represents a significant change in atmospheric moisture over an area as clouds are not just a result of moisture; clouds are due to the fact that the moisture that is always there becomes visible as it nucleates and condenses in suspended solid or liquid form; there can be plenty of moisture left in the clouds even in cloudless skies. Clouds are formed when the always present but transparent water vapor in the air layer air mixes with cooler air layers generally above it. I think it might be a misconception that rain causes air to dry out and clouds dissipate due to drying but rather skies turn blue because high pressure systems (descending air masses) allow for the cloud water which are in particle form to be evaporated and transformed back into vapor and become invisible again. That said I am never the less in favor of looking into the idea of how weather modification is done as it has great potential to be used to the detriment of other areas; if not by reducing water, maybe by causing floods on neighbor's crops or on their infrastructure.

Excellent explanation and I learned a lot again. Just one critical remark, Sabine: right after asking "But is it a good idea?", you come up with the example of China, which has been investing a lot in this research. Objectively, it is logical, because China is a big country and the Chinese are smart people, so if they really manage to make it rain much more, it will have inevitable consequences for other countries. So I would have liked to hear the "But is it a good idea?" warning in a more general context, so as to avoid a kind of repeat of the "Chinese virus" polemic, at least before an internationally accepted regulation is in place.
As a final remark, I would say that rising average temperatures due to climate change will in principle lead to more vapour in the atmosphere as so to more clouds globally. Do you know of any quantified research in this direction? Thanks and keep up the good work.

      I think, that
the rising average temperatures will lead to less predictable atmospherical circumstances and more extrem weather events...
the whole system is shifted towards a more chaotic behaviour...
Each buffer system has its limits according to the capacity...
and as soon as the limits are exceeded... we'll have to face another reality.
      de.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/P-v-T-Diagramm

      @GeorgeRupp 3 роки тому +1

@@ListenToMcMuck I agree that extreme weather events will tend to become more frequent, but to conclude that we're heading towards chaotic behaviour is a very long shot, based on the well known PvT diagram. As for the "smart" Chinese people, I must confess that I've not done any statistically relevant analysis to reach this conclusion, but among the 510 comments here I'm not the only one.

As the earth's atmosphere warms (mostly at lower latitides) the warm air can hold more moisture as water vapor. We are now also in the cosmic ray maximum (an active sun sweeps cosmic rays away) so when there's low solar activity, allowing more cosmic rays to reach our atmosphere which causes cloud nucleation from the cascade of relativistic particles they create.
Recently, MIT announced a pilot program to test weather modification by experimenting with releasing adjuvant particles into the stratosphere. Their premise is to see if they can produce measurable cooling effects which may be useful in combating global warming. Since most of the weather happens much lower in the air column in the troposphere, perhaps modifying the stratosphere with aerosols isn't such a good idea as no clouds exist in the stratosphere?
Besides, with cosmic ray maximum upon us there will be more clouds than usual in the tropics on days when the sun isn't very active anyways. More cloud cover increases planetary albedo which reflects the sun's heat back into space, cooling the shaded area below all the more. The earth radiates heat as well. So cloud cover is a double edged sword. Clouds are good at reflecting heat. This is why cloudy nights don't get as cold as clear ones do. Earth's OLR (outgoing longwave radiation) is reflected back downwards towards the planet's surface keeping it from cooling off as much as it would under clear skies (at night). Nightime clouds are like an insulating blanket trapping heat by thwarting the radiative cooling cycle.
MIT is finally testing the theory that volcanic releases of aerosols high into the stratosphere causes global cooling by blocking enough of the sun's energy from reaching the surface below during daytime.

ρ = m/V is density. When evaporated water rises, as it does when it encounters a hill or mountain, the temp and pressure change and the cloud sheds its load. It becomes more dense in other words as it gets colder. [ the pressure also decreases but not enough to counteract the temp and volume decrease. ]
So what we find here is a universal law. As oil and fat get colder, they congeal. As the universe gets colder, it congeals. Stars and galaxies and superclusters might not look due to temperature decrease. But it may be why they're in filaments with giant voids of emptiness in-between.
Of course expansion has to be taken into account; and dark matter if you believe in dark matter. Or I might be way off target. But to get more rain, to get back on target, a moist warm cloud needs to be cooled.
[ cool it with ice crystals or liquid helium if you want to cool it, not liquid CO2 or silver iodide, for fricking out loud. ]

A Sonnet I wrote about clouds, and thanks, Sabine!
    Sonnet 68
I watch the airy temples of the sky
Whose tenderness is soaring through the day,
The masses of a clean and tall array,
The spirits lower to my upward eye.
While puffing proud they move beyond embrace,
Their height is distant from our world below,
Across the blue, the stretching sculptures blow,
Sagacious swells suspend me in my place,
Or springing higher, climbing clouds increase
In air these figures shift their limits 'round
Above the flowers, miles off earth are found
Asleep upon the verge of heaven's peace.
Above our very grossest world compose,
They eased my heaviness because they rose.

@ 9:10 -> is actually not a real worry because: 70% of precipitation evaporates again almost immediately and can continue its original trajectory, also the humidity provided through these meaures (if managed correctly with trees and forrests) can provide the missig 30% or even more of the originally available humidity back to the athmosphere for the neighbor to seed.
remember: water is just a vehicle for the carbon cycle to function, it is never actually wasted as long as it is deliberately provided to plants with large surface areas (trees). and even if letting it flow back to the ocean, it is going to evaporate from there eventually again.

They agreed on an inch defined as 2.54cm. So, not a non metric unit, technically.

Great info... like some alternative tech... I recall in grade school learning about shooting cannons to make rain going back into the 1800's and then seems there was a period like "you're nuts." That was during periods of time where the weather modification programs were very clearly disclosed and had been used successfully by the U.S. military. Lately, wondering what type of weather modification can be performed with existing infrastructure since can be observed how cities will have more condensation very clearly with RADAR. Wondering also with the COVID change, what RADAR details or other ??DAR details will be better resolved with or without the trafficking so much. Seemed acknowledged by even the U.S. military that HAARP was doing weather modification related experiments. So, to basically, wondering what will be publicly disclosed regarding weather modification technologies using electrostatic, electric, magnetic and/or electromagnetic spectrum methods? There even was a period where there was crowdfunding for tower installations for use with weather modification on the west coast in California I recall a decade or so ago. Thanks for sharing!

Sabine: Cloud seeding can change the particle size distribution of precipitation. In Southern Alberta, insurance companies sponsor cloud seeding of thunderstorms to reduce the size of hailstones. On June 3, 2020, the program misjudged which cloud to seed, resulting in the unseeded cloud pummeling Northeast Calgary with large hailstones. The resulting insurable loses were CDN $1.2 billion (about 780.000.000 Euro.) That's ONE storm. Cloud seeding is important, but not for making rain.
