I lived on a cattle ranch where we raised them from a newborn with their mom and then when they got around 700-800 lbs we sold them and when I was young i stayed on a truck with my mom and I always thought this would be cool to do
I would think hauling cattle is a bit tougher than your average load of produce or anything else. Feed back would be appreciated. What kind of truck you run I’m first time viewing. God bless you and your family. I drove tri axle dump trucks for 45 years local. I always dreamed of driving otr I’m retired now. I miss driving that’s why I watch truck videos. Thank you sir 😊
Stupid question 😳; don't the cattle freeze with those openings in the trailer as you go down the road with the wind chill created from the cold ambient air plus the speed of the truck? Nice video.
No they don't. The cattle out west are used to it being minus 40 outside and most western cattle don't go inside the barns they are in the pasture all year round. If you bored up the whole trailer with Western Cattle they would not be doing very well as they create heat but they are used to it being cold. Now pigs are totally different you have to fully board them up when it is cold. Thanks for watching :)

I ended up being gone 7 days we had to sit and wait a little bit to load the cattle out west. It's about a 35 hour drive one way. They got a little bit of rest. Thanks for watching man I appreciate it!

@@calebmanuel17 yes they do every animal is only allowed on a trailer for a certain amount of time. coming from Sk to Ont you have to unload atleast once to feed and water and they have to be off the trailer for at least 8-10 hours for rest feed and water. theres a lot more to it that alot of people don't understand it's usually city slickers that dont understand.
