And quite frankly watching this sport is not enough to fuel my hunger for speed, for racing. This is what I want to do with my life. As an American, I have absolutely NO idea how this sounds American. It’s just a theme to me. And I love it...
Spongechico_ when I picture American themes, like for example take nascar, you think of like rock music or some stupid shit. This music is serious, just like the sport. The Europeans don’t have time for messy chaotic hot ring racing, and this anthem literally expresses it.

The guitar in NASCAR expresses the craziness in NASCAR and what the drivers go through, while the F1 theme expresses how prestigious the sport is and the theme tells people, “We don’t fuck around”. To me, they are great in their own ways. But it’s your opinion if you don’t like the NASCAR theme ( There are two, one for FOX and one for NBC. They kind of do get repetitive.. I don’t like rock either.) I respect your opinion.

never have i ever been proven wrong harder than with this song. when i heard that f1 was getting a theme song i was like. f1 dosent need a theme song , it would ruin the vibe. but now as soon as i hear this. everything else is irrelevant. Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen and welcome to the Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix 2024, it’s been a 119 days since we’ve left Abu Dhabi for the winter break and we’re now finally back on track to race. Last week we’ve had the pre-season testing were the teams of Red Bull, Ferrari and McLaren came out really really well.
We’ve got 15 turns, 6 to the left and 9 to the right, 2 DRS zones which will be used to their full extent today, Pirelli brought with them their C1, C2 and C3 tyre compounds which are the harder range of tyres in their lineup, the red wall tyres are the softs, yellow is medium and the white tyres are the hardest of the three.
Now for your grid lineup:
Max Verstappen was unbeatable in qualifying yesterday so he starts on P1
Then right behind him in P2 we have Charles Leclerc who is just 0.025 behind Verstappen.
In P3 and P4 we have Lando Norris and Sergio Perez who were neck on neck yesterday.
In the third row we have the two Spaniards Carlos Sainz in P5 in the Ferrari and Fernando Alonso in the Aston Martin.
In P7 we have Oscar Piastri who is starting his second season in F1 and right beside him in P8 we have Lewis Hamilton who starts in his last season for the Mercedes team.
Then in P9 we have teammate of Lewis Hamilton, George Russell and P10 is claimed by Pierre Gasly.
Daniel Ricciardo starts out in P11 with his teammate Yuki Tsunoda next to him in P12, no longer Alpha Tauri as they are now Racing Bulls or RB.
In P13 we have another rebranded team, we have Valtteri Bottas for the Stake/Kick Sauber team. In P14 we have Nico Hulkenberg in the Haas.
Then in P15 we have Zhōu Guànyǔ also with the Sauber team and in P16 Alexander Albon for Williams.
P17 then with Logan Sargent, his 2nd season in F1 as well with in P18 Kevin Magnussen in the Haas.
And then all the way at the back of the grid we have Lance Stroll in P19 and in P20, we have an empty grid slot, that’s because Esteban Ocon starts in the pit lane due to a last minute rear wing fix, that’s because he spun out yesterday damaging said rear wing.

Woohoo! F1 brought this theme back for the starting grid for the 2020 Tuscan GP!
Welcome back Ladies and gentlemen! After an excruciatingly long winter brake, Formula 1 is finally back and ready for action. Today will hopefully be an exciting and thrilling Gp here in Sepang. Very unpredictable tropical weather down here in south east Asia. A lot of history has gone down here, Raikkonen and Alonso had their first podiums here and also the quiet wet 2009 race where Kimi enjoyed a delicious ice cream in front of thousands of adoring fans
Going into turn 1 and 2 are swooping turns from right to left, crucial point for overtaking and also a lot of accidents, then going into a sweeping right turn 3 and a sharp turn 4. Then onto another set of swooping turns which are turn 5 and 6. Turn 7 and 8 are very fast corners where you have to carry a lot of speed to another back straight. Fast forward to turn 14 is the entrance to the main back straight where spectators watch the cars zooming past them from huge grandstands before going into turn 15 where they pull back onto the main straight.
Very interesting qualifying yesterday, especially with the plethora of new drivers we have this season. Daniel Ricciardo on pole setting a blistering lap time after the rain had dried up followed by Mick Schumacher in the second row in the Ferrari, Max Verstappen managing to get into 3rd place and with the company of Lando Norris in 4th in his new Mercedes. George Russell also did very good yesterday, putting his newly claimed mclaren in 5th, alongside f2 and fe rookie Nyck De Vries in the Williams. Charles leclerc setting a decent lap time, putting him in 7th. Stoffel Vandoorne putting his merc in 8th place besides Charles. Seb in the Aston Martin puts it in the 5th row with his teammate Nicholas Latifi starting in 10th. Yuki Tsunoda puts his Red Bull in 11th place after struggling in qualifying, alongside is the new young talent Fernando Alonso. In the 7th row is Pierre Gasly in the Alpine and Ocon in the Alfa Romeo Sauber. Next is Callum Ilott in with his new Alfa drive followed by Juri Vips in the Alphatauri. In 17th is newly crowned f2 champ Jack Aitken filling out the second Williams. In 18th is the first female f1 racer, Sophia Flörsch who recently joined the Red Bull academy. And both the Haas’s of Oscar Piastri and Robert Shwartzman rounds up the grid

yeah, the Grid part is absolutely masterpiece, I just hate how quiet is during the live event.
