I know this is a year too late, but she means it's a regular increase row, it's just shifted with two stitches. So you start with two single crochet, then increase, then continue normally(4 single crochet and an increase) and you end the row with two single crochet instead of an increase. You can just do a regular increase row if this is confusing.

In the last step when you put the two pieces together(green/brown) you inserted a round piece, what is the name and is it necessary to insert it? I need to know so I can purchase, thanks in advance.
i don’t like how the stem (white yarn) looks like and i can’t find any other tutorial that looks pleasing to me, how do i change the pattern? im new to this 😭😭

It looks like a sport weight 3 and perhaps a g hook I believe hope that helps

What i do to help me is to pause thr video and count, count, count. Make sure every stitch is there on the place where it should go.

Yes, each stitch from the previous row should have 2 stitches so that at the end of that new row you have double the amount of stitches
