personally i find that the regular gliders in the tech tree are all you need. when it comes to mobility pals, you're best off just having a ground and flying mount. there's no need for a glider pal since you already get strong gliders in the tech tree and flying pals are quicker for travel, and flying pals also hover above water so you don't need a pal that can swim. saves you an extra slot or 2 for offensive pals or just pals you wanna take with you to level up
@@parmesan6133 I find the galeclaw useful for dodging larger attacks and for that extra bit of flight if your flying pal runs out of stamina and your really close to getting to the top of a mountain or something like that.
Definitely after fighting legendary for awhile i cant in mylife dodge anything or just barely with very tight timing to dodge big aoe move. blitz you should make a breeding farm like make a base dedicated to breeding ive maxed out my world and i make 10 cakes per 3 minutes have 3 ranches 3 breeding stations and 3 food cookers and i make a whole lot of perfect stuff so i reccommend
If you want one for Transporting stuff to storage or food containers, I personally say Helzephyr is the best, it has lv3 Transporting, and only Transporting so that's what it'd focus on. However the true best transporter is Wumpo/Wumpo Botan with lv4 Transporting, but it has 3 other work suitability, Wumpo has lv2 Handiwork, lv3 Lumbering, lv2 Cooling, and lv4 Transporting, whereas Botan has lv1 Planting instead of the lv2 Cooling. As such unless you don't have any of the other 3 in your base Wumpo/Wumpo Botan would have it's focus split, which is why I say Helzephy is the best one.
digtoise gets much better once you rank it up with the pal condenser i think at rank 4 it does like 20 damage a second.only downside is you need alot of pals to get to rank 4
Digtoise in the palbox does do minimal damage to nodes the trick is to have a digtoise in your team to use which will deal around 23 damage to the node. However, if you have a stone mine instead of focusing on nodes it will focus on the mine if you want a multipurpose pal for mining almost any other pal with level two mining will be better. I recommend Dumud or as you use Anubus, Dumud has the watering and oil extraction skill meaning while in early game it can be used for watering crops and in late game it can gather oil while it waits for the nodes to respawn. - If anyone has more information please comment and let me know your thoughts. - Please pardon the grammatical errors.
Early on I tried building that breeding pen but it took up half my base so I said forget it. My second base was a mining base but it was on a tiny cramped mountain peek to avoid raiders. I got so tired of fighting those idiots off. The raiders couldn’t get up there. Then I found an even better larger mountain peek with coal and iron ore and room to set up berry and wheat fields to boot. That became my primary base and I converted the first base into a farm. The raiders have never once tried to attack that new base. And I started breeding Anubis. My god does that make things go faster! I have been weeding out the bad ones and adding only swift ones. They rip through every task. It’s done in seconds. This makes the game so much more enjoyable. Along with a faster flying mount. And m my farm is nothing but cats and chickens and a cow. They crank out tons of food AND mountains of gold coins and honey. Yeah got one of those bee pals there too to keep making cakes.
i've switch my digtois for reptyros because breeding the anubis i wanted took me over 50 eggs even with only 2 stats on each partent pal. they aren't the fastest but produce about 1k iron and 800 stonecoal an hour. anubis on ore is still kind of slow but will fill up the stonepit in no time. i have to add that our respawn rate on the server is slightly faster than normal and i use ragnahawks for transportation
the work speed traits only work for anything within ur base with the circle progres bars, so if ur breeding anubis for mining, having work speed traits is null afaik, unless its a stone pit
Oh, this is a good thing to read, how about attack boosting passives for the ore and coal mining? Does that actually work on boosting that if you know?
@@Codeheart sorry on the late reply, I belive the only way to make the damage towards an ore be better is to max condense the pal that is mining, I don't belive the attack damage passives affect it at all
What I will recommend tho is using a max condense digtoise with artisan lucky swift runner, because it turns out the artisan lucky on digtoise to increase its work speed, also affects how fast it spins, so a max condense digtoise with those passives deals like 50 damage at a time and spins fast so does ALOT of damage to an ore node
Increasing the work speed does speed up ranch pals just not in the way expected it actually increases the dig animation speed which does increase efficiency
Digtoise is broken, if you can get your hands on an Astegon/Blazemut that would be ideal, but almost anything is better than a Digtoise right now. Dumud should do. And yeah work speed doesn't work on farm, it only works on stuff which has timer, where your own work speed would affect it as well. Also 2 parents with 4 exact same traits won't necessarily give you a higher chance of making clones, if anything, from my experience of breeding hundreds upon hundreds, it's worse. Ideal is no overlap, or if you have 4 exact traits you want, then mixing with someone who has no traits at all.
the cats workspeed does affect them, it speeds up the animation so next tick comes faster. So in short it works. but the number1 thing is upgrading them to lvl5
That place at the beginning of video… where he tried to capture the Merchant guy… there’s actually 3 Merchants in the same area, all with different items to buy 👍🏼
Its not that the Digtoises are terrible its that theyre bugged. If you have a Digtoise in your party and throw them out the ball, they work normally, but if assigned to the base, they dont. Once fixed, they might very well still be worthwhile having 1 or two still along with the Anubi' Also, as the guy that primarily did the most testing for the work speed traits for the Wiki, something worth noting is that mining from natural nodes like Ore and sulfur is not considered a job, and is them attacking the node. So the work speed buffs dont actually affect how fast the Anubis mine the nodes. HOWEVER, because theyre still so good at farming the nodes by themselves (especially en mass) tthe work speed buffs are still fantastic if ou also have your assembly lines at that base, because then youve got extremely quick crafting with them. Along with that, transporting only affects stuff they collect from like stone pits, logging sites and plantations, it does NOT affect what they pick up from ore nodes. As ore nodes drop their resources in single stacks, transporters will only pick them up as single stacks. This is why its pointless to make your picks based on their level at an ore mining base. Instead, focus of speed, food drain and sanity drain. Best transporter is the Helzephyr, transporting is its only job, is decently fast and can be buffed up higher, and is nocturnal so will work through the night picking up resources missed during the day.
I personally keep my best worker (handiwork, so anubis) on my player at all times so I can make them do the tasks I want them to do and nothing else, also because pals on your team don't suffer sanity lose. As others have said, you should use your souls to upgrade their workspeed further, might as well try to max out everything on them.
Its better to pick swift over lucky for anubis and most pals because they transports goods so much faster that way as well as move around the base super fast between breaks and tasks.
I saw that some fire bird Pal can be your glider AND LET YOU SHOOT WITH A PISTOL, pretty nice Sadly I can't remember the pal's name Btw, the statue of power lets you upgrade your Pal's work stat so they can be even better, you just need some souls which I'm not entirely sure how to get
Astegon Level 4 Mining Dark Dragon Type Their are multiple ways of breeding him but here is a easier way Grizzbolt + Orserk = Astegon Astegon + Kitsun = Shadowbeak and cords 188, -38 Not saying you should use Astegon, still a cool pal to have, as im watching in this video, Anubis just seems better I use Astegon, But i didnt know Anubis was that fast when it comes to mining, plus that transportation. Nice
There's still things to test but at the moment your anubis hasn't even come close to my current output on anubis workspeed max of 528 you got passives and condensed but there's also building a toolbox using super hard working using foods like salad or dumud chowder there's the statue of power all things to actually push it to levels that go insane
Even bad Anubis is better than most other pals for a gathering (ore/quartz) base :) - I myself am currently also breeding them, but I want the perfect fighting Anubis (Earth-Emperor, Lucky, Legend and either Swift or Ferocious...or Burly Body for survivability...hm...sadly we can't pass on the Alpha-Status, even if you breed two of them :( )
I use maxed out Anubis as well. I don't make mining farms. I drop my pal box pull my maxed out Anubis. They clear it in like 5 to 10 then I moved to the next one. Setting up a mining base is just taking up space for other players. I don't know how others play but I play in the way of understanding that they are going to be many players on servers and taking up too much space will get you wiped
My Anubis are, artisan, lucky, legend, swift. The reason for picking those four although I know people are going to say oh there's buns that are better for crafting and mining. I am aware of that but as I am an experienced PVP player and survival games, I wanted to even out my ability to mine and defend. With those four I can get stuff done fast and whoops someone's butt if they decide to attack my mining settlement
As you attempt to breed a perfect Anubis. Keep in mind that you may find a better breeding combo with your newly hatched Anubis's. Keep an eye out for a male and female pair that may be give you a better chance of getting the passives you want in the offspring. I used 2 different pals to make Anubis until I got better passive rolls on a Male and Female. Then I swapped to the 2 Anubis's and got multiple perfect Anubis in no time.
He forgot the power statue to add souls to increase workspeed by another 30% for a base of 145%, and if you feed them the best workspeed food that adds ANOTHER 50%, bringing the GRAND TOTAL to 195% workspeed.........hot dang.
Love the video, first rime viewer here, I cat wait to try and get my own maxed out Anubus workforce. None of my 16 Anubuses have any skills worth passing on, time to farm me a breeding pair of pals. 😊
You don't want work slave on a mining Anubis, because it lowers attack, which means less damage to the node. A good combo is Artisan+Lucky+Diet Lover+Serious
@@Codeheart no they dont, you can easily check it with a dmg anubis, mine got legend/ferocious/musclehead/earthemperor 4 stars and maxed out soulattack, he does the same 45-60 hits and at the same speed as an artisan/serious/swift/runner anubis while having a difference of around 1,4k attack. The only trait i am unsure of is mine efficiency. if it helps then its a very low amount. Right now i would say the best combination is runner/swift/artisan/worksl for fast transportation and getting around, aswell as not maxed but fast crafting. You lose 35% work speed for 50% runspeed, but you still get over 100% workspeed alltogether and it is kind of a softcap.
@@Codeheart It doesn't affect the stone pit which is affected by work speed, but attack should contribute more damage to ore nodes making them faster to mine. I've also read only elemental damage passives make mining faster, but I don't think that's correct.
Breeding is a painful process if you're proceeding with the act using 2 pals with 2-3 passives each. IT'S APAINFUL!!!! Then again I really wanted an orserk with the passives I liked haha!
When breeding its actually worse odds breeding 2 parents with all 4 skills you want 2 of the skills you desire on either parent, which has a much higher chance of passing the skills you want down too the offspring.
Not from what I've experienced. I got a perfect Pal and was breeding it with a Pal without any Passives. Wanted a perfect Menasting and got the perfect one after just 2 Eggs. I keep breeding perfect Pals before breeding them with other Pals. So far I have around 50 perfect Pals. Just alone 8 perfect Frostallion Noct because i wanted the perfect IV which i got. 40% HP 28% Attack and 29% Defense 😊 2048 Attack without other Pals buffing him.
you can capture merchants without getting aggro with out attacking them with a higher level sphere. 10 lvs above or more seeem to work for me. ex. merchant lvl 10 use capture power 20 or above.
If you want really quick money up the drops from people in settings and farm the black market guy you'll get like 40k a kill and 3 golden keys each time you can make 1mill in under an hour
If you want to do a long term breeding project i would recamend breeing a combat elizabee, and 4 Beegrade with perks that buff you not the queen as their effects pnly buff the queen.
You should name her “Anewbeast” instead of anubis And instead of the surfent for watering just use the water jormuntide i think there’s a boss jormuntide in the map
1 thing there is artison gives 50% work speed but if you have serious and artison on the same pall it won't add up to 70% it will stay 50% so yea the best combo for a whopping 105% os conceited, workslave, lucky, and artison
That's not true. Do the Math. You can have a total of 115% more Workspeed. 70 Workspeed is default and 115% of 70 is 80,5. 80+70=150. Which you can see is correct. His perfect Anubis has a Workspeed of 150.
the more passives you are trying to pass on to the child the more chance of mutations so you are less likely to get what you want if you are breeding for. if i remember right its like a 16% for it not to mutate
perfect skills? time to juce his entire linage so apparently it has been found that the less skills the parents have, the more likely it is to get the parents skills. so optimally breeding 2 parents with 2 skills you want each will considerably increase your 4 perfect skill odds.
So the way I understand it is mining is the odd task of the lot where work speed doesn't speed it up. Since the pal has to do damage to the ore or coal you actually want higher attack pals to do your mining.

personally i find that the regular gliders in the tech tree are all you need. when it comes to mobility pals, you're best off just having a ground and flying mount. there's no need for a glider pal since you already get strong gliders in the tech tree and flying pals are quicker for travel, and flying pals also hover above water so you don't need a pal that can swim. saves you an extra slot or 2 for offensive pals or just pals you wanna take with you to level up
@@parmesan6133 I find the galeclaw useful for dodging larger attacks and for that extra bit of flight if your flying pal runs out of stamina and your really close to getting to the top of a mountain or something like that.
Definitely after fighting legendary for awhile i cant in mylife dodge anything or just barely with very tight timing to dodge big aoe move.
Then i found out u can activate glider once u jump so gaaleclaw not only acts as a glider but also a glider that fast and move further to dodge big aoe move with little risk.
Hangyu's faster than Galeclaw.
@@triadwarfare sadly it’s not, Hangyu is slower but can raise you in the air a bit.
blitz you should make a breeding farm like make a base dedicated to breeding ive maxed out my world and i make 10 cakes per 3 minutes have 3 ranches 3 breeding stations and 3 food cookers and i make a whole lot of perfect stuff so i reccommend
A whopping 116 for a full condensing.
A basic Anubis still outmines a 4 star Digtoise and eats far less. Stick with Anubis and condense them instead
8:41 Lilarcor, is that you?
The family tree of Anubis is a trunk with no branches
Digtoise in the palbox does do minimal damage to nodes the trick is to have a digtoise in your team to use which will deal around 23 damage to the node. However, if you have a stone mine instead of focusing on nodes it will focus on the mine if you want a multipurpose pal for mining almost any other pal with level two mining will be better. I recommend Dumud or as you use Anubus, Dumud has the watering and oil extraction skill meaning while in early game it can be used for watering crops and in late game it can gather oil while it waits for the nodes to respawn.

I have like 6 of these. You should enhance them with souls and farm a bunch of dumud with lettuce and tomato farms and they get like 300 work speed.
i've switch my digtois for reptyros because breeding the anubis i wanted took me over 50 eggs even with only 2 stats on each partent pal. they aren't the fastest but produce about 1k iron and 800 stonecoal an hour. anubis on ore is still kind of slow but will fill up the stonepit in no time. i have to add that our respawn rate on the server is slightly faster than normal and i use ragnahawks for transportation
the work speed traits only work for anything within ur base with the circle progres bars, so if ur breeding anubis for mining, having work speed traits is null afaik, unless its a stone pit
The speed passive are just so it's a bit faster at getting to nodes n stuff, could even make those work speed ig
Preventing bots and kids from saying first
finally, a normal person.
How about grownass adults?
how about FIRST
A. I wouldn't have done that without your comment
B why are there numbers after my name? they didn't exist before
First
Increasing the work speed does speed up ranch pals just not in the way expected it actually increases the dig animation speed which does increase efficiency
Have you experimented with the "Hangyu" glider?
Get a "Hangyu", then craft its pal gloves. And then glide off a ledge. ;) have fun.
Forget a glider, get a galeclaw. Best support pal imo
the cats workspeed does affect them, it speeds up the animation so next tick comes faster. So in short it works. but the number1 thing is upgrading them to lvl5
That place at the beginning of video… where he tried to capture the Merchant guy… there’s actually 3 Merchants in the same area, all with different items to buy 👍🏼
6:00 Conceited is actually another Work Speed bonus. Only half as good as Serious, though.
We just gonna ignore that digtoise has an ulcer at the beginning of the vid lol Love how that's an "injury" a Pal can have alongside depression 😅
Lmao Damn ... I believe i understand this comment. Underrated for sure.
12:15 "Are you just going to go commit Sudoku?"
I mean... he is a merchant. I am sure he likes math. Why not let him have his fun?
work speed actually speeds up digtoise's spin and condensing increases damage a lot
I KNEW I heard The Mighty Jingles' old intro song in that sponsorship bit. Man, that tripped a memory.
You can get Anubus when you breed Penking and Bushi, so you can get him pretty early game.
Put the mau's in the condenser. That will increase their dig ability and produce more gold.
Been breeding a beta jormintide ignis for camp use and so far I got a tier 3 set. Still breeding for a beta version.
Its not that the Digtoises are terrible its that theyre bugged. If you have a Digtoise in your party and throw them out the ball, they work normally, but if assigned to the base, they dont. Once fixed, they might very well still be worthwhile having 1 or two still along with the Anubi'
Also, as the guy that primarily did the most testing for the work speed traits for the Wiki, something worth noting is that mining from natural nodes like Ore and sulfur is not considered a job, and is them attacking the node.
So it tied to there attack stat and that's why leveling up tour miners is key?
My workers all have Diet Lover, Artisan, Swift and Workaholic.
+50% work speed
30% movement speed
-15% SAN drain
Chance to not decrease hunger
I personally keep my best worker (handiwork, so anubis) on my player at all times so I can make them do the tasks I want them to do and nothing else, also because pals on your team don't suffer sanity lose. As others have said, you should use your souls to upgrade their workspeed further, might as well try to max out everything on them.
So nice to have Anubis make stuff that would otherwise take forever.
Its better to pick swift over lucky for anubis and most pals because they transports goods so much faster that way as well as move around the base super fast between breaks and tasks.
It’s best to breed two pals that each have the two traits you want, so it has the highest percentage to pass them down
I saw that some fire bird Pal can be your glider AND LET YOU SHOOT WITH A PISTOL, pretty nice
Sadly I can't remember the pal's name
Btw, the statue of power lets you upgrade your Pal's work stat so they can be even better, you just need some souls which I'm not entirely sure how to get
You can gat them going around, in the chests, by defeating bosses
Astegon Level 4 Mining Dark Dragon Type
Their are multiple ways of breeding him but here is a easier way
Grizzbolt + Orserk = Astegon
Astegon + Kitsun = Shadowbeak
and cords 188, -38
Not saying you should use Astegon, still a cool pal to have, as im watching in this video, Anubis just seems better
I use Astegon, But i didnt know Anubis was that fast when it comes to mining, plus that transportation. Nice
There's still things to test but at the moment your anubis hasn't even come close to my current output on anubis workspeed max of 528 you got passives and condensed but there's also building a toolbox using super hard working using foods like salad or dumud chowder there's the statue of power all things to actually push it to levels that go insane
Digtoise is now much faster than Anubis at mining with the recent buff. =P
Love the vids man, helped me out a lot with the technicals of Palworld.
+ 145% workspeed Anubis XD
Hey Blitz, i'm pretty sure you need the headband for quicker harvest. Hope this helps a bit. Loved the vid btw!
That's meant for the personal Digitose pal, not the base version.
eventually when you get a lot of them to rank 4 it ends up being better having swift on them imo, because everything finishes so fast anyway
He forgot the power statue to add souls to increase workspeed by another 30% for a base of 145%, and if you feed them the best workspeed food that adds ANOTHER 50%, bringing the GRAND TOTAL to 195% workspeed.........hot dang.
That's not a family tree, it's a family bramble.
Love the video, first rime viewer here, I cat wait to try and get my own maxed out Anubus workforce. None of my 16 Anubuses have any skills worth passing on, time to farm me a breeding pair of pals. 😊
Lucky, serious, artisan and workaholic is the best anubis
You don't want work slave on a mining Anubis, because it lowers attack, which means less damage to the node. A good combo is Artisan+Lucky+Diet Lover+Serious
So attack boosting passives do effect them mining ore and such faster?
I've also read only elemental damage passives make mining faster, but I don't think that's correct.
put more stars on the animals that go in the ranch, that will get you more stuff.
They are only doing 2 because they are in depression 😂
I'm currently working on breeding the perfect Anubis myself. I'm so close I can feel it!
@Blitz 7:29 to 7:33, its not the only way, u can breed relaxasorus and broncherry to get anubis..
Penking and Bushi as well, I believe.
If you want your catch rate to go back up you can turn it up in the world settings
Breeding is a painful process if you're proceeding with the act using 2 pals with 2-3 passives each. IT'S APAINFUL!!!!
Then again I really wanted an orserk with the passives I liked haha!
Lucky runner and swift makes a great Faleris mount
keeep making us happy blitz
Now feed Queen Anubis a Strange Juice and see what happens
you can capture merchants without getting aggro with out attacking them with a higher level sphere. 10 lvs above or more seeem to work for me. ex. merchant lvl 10 use capture power 20 or above.
Don’t forget to upgrade the Queen with souls as well!
I'm pretty sure conceited is a work stat
If you want really quick money up the drops from people in settings and farm the black market guy you'll get like 40k a kill and 3 golden keys each time you can make 1mill in under an hour
24:00 it is more LIKELY to get the skills from mom and dad...but not 100% lol
Did you breed for the stats on the Mosandas or did you capture Mosandas with the good stats
To those who didn’t watch the whole video If you condense it to Max level it will get 5 in handiwork so it’ll be even faster
Try Warsect to carry stuff, they are adorable
You needs to craft the digtoist headband to see them do hugh damage. Also star some of them up a little
they have a headband?
Do you even play the Game? The Digtoise Headband only works when you have Digtoise in your Team. Not your Base!!
Guys, I think Blitz might be addicted to palworld
If you want to do a long term breeding project i would recamend breeing a combat elizabee, and 4 Beegrade with perks that buff you not the queen as their effects pnly buff the queen.
Or a Sweepa with 4 Swee instead, with player buffing stats ofcourse
Phrasing is everything!
You should name her “Anewbeast” instead of anubis
And instead of the surfent for watering just use the water jormuntide i think there’s a boss jormuntide in the map
Digtoise is currently bugged at the moment you can only use his power really when he’s in your party
I miss the comments that say "where is intern??😢" it was the only reason i came to comment
Don't worry he has a bunch of interns, they're called pals 😊
😆
0:36
Well no wonder if they are depressed and have fractures
If you just press RB or R1 it will quick load everything in the chest
I like how Palworld is a chinese sweat shop in Myanmar simulator.
Yes but i fixed my problem becaus they fixed the artisan serious problem
And yes i did breed the perfect digtoise
Workslave is better than Workaholic for base Pals - good beds/spa negate all SAN issues
to be honest i opted for artisan + serious + workaholic + workslave, but i might still try to breed some with lucky
the more passives you are trying to pass on to the child the more chance of mutations so you are less likely to get what you want if you are breeding for. if i remember right its like a 16% for it not to mutate
Tip next time dont hit the merchant I caught all three merchants there with a hyper sphere and you dont get wanted level
perfect skills? time to juce his entire linage
so apparently it has been found that the less skills the parents have, the more likely it is to get the parents skills. so optimally breeding 2 parents with 2 skills you want each will considerably increase your 4 perfect skill odds.
So the way I understand it is mining is the odd task of the lot where work speed doesn't speed it up. Since the pal has to do damage to the ore or coal you actually want higher attack pals to do your mining.
love the vid. You are the best goober!
