I see this as very clever but not very funny. Just cringe worthy and embarrassing. Maybe I identify with the nervous guy too much but nothing about this made me laugh out loud once although I can appreciate how well executed the sketch was. It's more like theatre drama than comedy to me. I really don't get how anyone could find this cringe-fest laugh out loud funny. Are you guys actually laughing out loud or just admiring the writing, acting and execution?
The first part is meant to be cringe worthy. When the sketch shifts to the prompts being in the pies with Armando's character suddenly becoming witty, that's the funny part - the surrealism of it all.
This is my favourite sketch ever . I want it imprinted into my mind , I cannot believe there once was a world when this sketch didn’t exist

"You've got my pie, you fanny!"

As any englishman knows, One-Upmanship is at the heart of the Brit culture... and a WITTY sod is worth 5 sensible but bland men.
IT'S ALL IN THE PIE
It's... er... it's Arsenal v England.

Pure genius!!
I can't believe someone has put a link to Michael Mcintyre !!
What is wrong with you people
I can't see a link. I can see someone recommended him, sarcastically

This Country
It's the Trumann Show!!!
DAN!!
I would hate to be at a dinner part where one guy was just basically doing a stand up routine. How is that fun?
That's rubbish as witty that is...also, daaarby County.

I proper belly laugh. I’m not even sure what you’re cringing about.
