    Ok, so in the video I said that Pazuzu doesn’t exist in 2e. Well I was wrong, oops. He does, but he goes by the name Pazrael and he doesn’t rule the 1st layer, he rules the 503rd layer Torremor. In 3rd edition it says he imprisoned the demon lord Lamashtu on this layer by impaling her on a spire. Then in 4th edition Lamashtu took over Torremor (although she’s still impaled) so now he’s only seen on Pazunia. Thank you @samuelciprispuches9548 for pointing out this error.

    Unofficial, but Anthony Huso's amazing AD&D 1e adventure, "Dream House of the Nether Prince," is set in Pazunia, and adds a ton of amazing content if you want to run an adventure there, including tables for demonic amulets, random encounters, etc.

    I genuinely don't understand how you don't have more subscribers. I looked at your channel count and was expecting at least 50k. This is so well done.

    There's a lot of layers I wish got this much detail, like the dreaming gulf, its a void in yhe abyss that digests the dreams of dead gods and spits out loumara demons and just conceptually I'm in LOVE and I SOOOO wish there was more on it

    The Abyss being a plane of chaos and evil, ALL of it's locations are bound to change and shift over time. Any portal to the other layers are bound to change. Some may remain stable for years, centuries or even millennia, but, that don't mean that tomorrow they'll still lead to the same place...

    Beautiful video Gengis! In AD&D 2e Pazuzu was named Pazrael and he lived in the first layer(Pazrael is the second demon to have a statblock, with Graz'zt[they were weak so they are not demon powers{gods}] being the first).

      Dang I missed that. Thanks for letting me know! I can only find mention of Pazrael in 2nd edition in one sentence in “Hellbound: the Blood War”. Do you know if he’s mentioned any other times in 2nd edition?

    There's a map of Pazunia in the module H4. (If you showed or mentioned it, my apologies for missing that.)

      @Genghis_Sean You're welcome! It's mostly concerned with Orcus's realm, but you have to get there first, of course. It was for levels 18-100, and no, that's not a typo.

    New subscriber here, definitely digging the deep dives into planar lore! Do you think we can get a video covering the celestial eladrin and/or Arvandor in the near future?

    • @Genghis_Sean
      @Genghis_Sean  6 місяців тому +1

      Definitely! I plan on doing celestials at some point because they’re not covered much and I know little about them, the eladrin specifically I’ve been wanting to research because they’ve changed so much throughout editions. But be patient, I have a lot of other stuff I want to cover first and I work slow.

    Can you please make a video about 503rd layer of the abyss. Or you have a picture of the castle? If yes , please send me the link asap. I need it for a story board.

    There's an Abyss and a Hell? A bit over the top I'd say...

    • @Genghis_Sean
      @Genghis_Sean  11 місяців тому +1

      The Abyss and it’s demons are chaotic evil and Hell and it’s devils are Lawful Evil. It’s pretty over the top and complicated but that’s why I love D&D.
