And so, a week later, I went to his house and gave him the notebook and he was impressed with it. A couple of months go by and when I met him, he gave me 100$ for the notebook, saying that it helped him. Idk if the notebook was really helpful or not to him, but I would see in the newspaper (although I had a phone, I still liked reading the sports newspaper more back then), he was on a winning streak and was able to qualify for the next championship (From 3rd league to 2nd league). Not really a successful career for him as a manager, his name is Sinan Bardhi if you're curious, he used to coach Turbina KF on a lot of occasions.
Every tactic and formation had weakness... But if you had right player your tactic or formation becomes affective for win titles or cup.... Manager must had ideas for fixed it as good as posible.... But im like 433 and 4231....
Personally, I like using a 5-3-2. Mostly because I like having 2 strikers, I hate one because if im getting heavily defended, I have nowhere to pass forward with one striker, with 2 I can pass forward and possibly score, and having 5 defenders just gives me a stronger defense.

Training, formation, tactics, how they would defend, how they would attack, all while watching YT videos about it.
Good story
@@BadselS Thanks bro
@@enesballa236 are you albanian?
@@BadselS Yup
Can you make a video on
5-2-1-2 Formation?
3-2-3-2
In a defending format I feel like players like camavinga or marcus alonso or kounde would thrive in formations like 3-5-2 as wing backs
3-5-2 also have a variation with a CAM,that was used by inter in 2010 ucl
Inter played 4-2-3-1 in 2010
Every tactic and formation had weakness...
It’s wide midfielders and not wing backs, it it’s wing backs it would be 5-3-2
3-4-3 my favorite
I'm currently playing Top Eleven in Mobile and I'm in Elite League Finals that's going to play in a few hours. My opponent is using this formation while my formation is 3-2-2-2-1. Good luck to me. 😅
3-5-2 is my go to structure in fifa.
Its up to the player to use its advantages
did the goat dirty
Useful
If you play with two 6s and instruct one of them to drop into the back line in defense you now have a back 4 with less running for the wingbacks
Italy circa 2012 3-5-2 was pretty badass with Buffon, Barzagli, Bonucci, Chiellini, Maggio, De Rossi, PIRLO, Marchisio, Giaccherini, Balotelli, Cassano…we just couldn’t beat Spain lol
I wish we would do this, Aguerd and kehrer with zouma in the middle
I like how pep uses it puts a cb into midfield that can fall back to 4 at back on a counter
Also just a single striker and 2 10s with 2 cdms
The best formation in the world
To me this is still the best formation for chelsea with Cowill, forfana and silva at the back
Why are they called Wingbacks, wingbacks are in 5-3-2/5-2-3 formation, these are wide Midfielder
They must defend the wings so they are wingbacks.
@@evrenerakcora3432 yeah but in FIFA it's wide Midfielder, and wing-"BACK" a back is a defender
@@VasianYT Reallity they are wingbacks. They defend wings when the opposition attacs. They push up when attackring.
@@evrenerakcora3432 so you know a little about positions hm?
I have a question what do you think about the zone 14 Positions? CF/SS, Inside Forward, Attacking Mid, Striker
