Scout still snapping his fingers even when medic stoped is some subtle gold
They set up the piano and pianist because scout was clicking his fingers, not the other way around
The Scout was off-beat with his finger snapping when the Heavy fell.

@@mariobros237 that's cause he's just chilling. Decided not to get involved with anyone's bullshit, just straight chilling. The only winning move is not to play. Engie thus becomes a karma eater, although his troubles now mostly consist of being crushed, he's out the wheel of cause and effects and reaches out for true boddhicita. Truly, an inspiration for all of us.

0:33 when somebody makes a good joke but then that one friend ruins the joke by adding his part.
Scout and Soldier are watching as Medic recites his latest masterpiece, "Bullshit in D Minor." Scout snaps his fingers to the tempo and Soldier enthusiastically gives a thumbs-up in approval. However unbeknownst to all, Heavy has begun clapping and stomping to the beat on top of the piano as well, which knocks down Medic's sheet music. Although Medic tries to maintain composure and keep playing, he is soon reduced to a T-pose out of sheer frustration. While Scout remains oblivious to the interruption, Soldier is devastated and demands that Medic resume playing, a motion that floating Engie concurs with. Suddenly, Scout manifests himself inside the piano to make such an outrageous pun that Soldier is brought to tears with laughter. Feeling inspired, Ugly Spy decides to play some music of his own, which annoys everyone so much that they instantly vanish.
I like the running gag of the Engineer relaxing on the ground and then someone steps on him.
0:38 the completely normal heavy spooked me, I’m not use to seeing normal heavy
I love the common theme of engineers being left on the ground everywhere
I think I've now deduced that the characters being reimagined with dramatically different but vaguely realistic facial proportions is what lends these videos their uncanniess. They're the versions of the TF2 cast that normally only appear in fever dreams.
I was amazed seeing Medic's forehead subtly wrinkle when starting to get stressed

The Soldier went into a bout of insanity, once he came to the realization that it wasn't them playing the piano; the piano was in fact, playing them.
However, the Ugly Spy appeared just in time, and the moment he played a note, he begrudgingly faded away along with the rest to somewhere else to continue their antics with the medic.
Hopefully the piano there won't be as devious as the one that nearly broke him on this occasion...

I wasn't expecting the ending, honestly. Got a good chuckle out of me.
Also, the quiet piano playing shortly after everyone disappears is implying Ugly Spy is either a talented natural, or has actually practiced things for ages and still somehow manages to keep up with some trends (and end them), if that really is him playing.
This isn't how I remembered Roman Polanski's masterpiece.
The Ugly Spy caught me off-guard as always.
