How is this area? I see schools are great but how is the neighborhood. Orphage road doesn't seem to be quite nice. What are your prospects of houses being appreciated in near future? The current hottest areas seems to be Huntersville and Harrisburg. Concord area seems to be slightly faded away. Do you suggest to invest here or wait for river district area to develop? I am looking for primary home. Is it easy to get roommates in this area to share the mortgage?
I think this area already has a lot of development around but will see a lot of growth/renovations in the near future with affordability becoming hard to find in the CLT forcing people to move a little farther out. I think this would be a solid investment that would see good growth over a couple of years as prices aren't going anywhere but up from the data we are seeing on our end. Hope this helps!

What is the price range?
The single family ranges from $350's to the $430's. Townhomes are from the $300's to the $330's
