i used to do edits on videostar and premier pro got super good at it and then quit for an entire year, forgot how to edit and now i want to learn but dont have the motivation to learn on aftereffects so here i am looking at tutorials to get that motivation back.

hi love this video just a had a question: for the skew section how do you get the edges of the video to not show up black? for me i cant seem to pin the edges of the clip so the black space doesn't show up.

you basically make graphs in it and then save them so you can easily just later select keyframes and press apply and it'll apply your saved graph

Sorry for the late reply! I have a macbook pro 2017 and I use Quicktime (pre installed application), to record.
My editing process is pretty crazy cause I like for it to look pretty LOL. But I use Final Cut Pro X to cut out things and add music. Then I head over to After Effects to do the coloring, sharpen, text effects, background color, etc. So the main points of the video.

hii, i have a little problem. when i add a transform for skew effect, i still have black borders even though i added reflect effect in s_blurmocurves;( can anyone help please??
You have to add motion tile! Skew is made with transform, so it’s not in sync with blurmocurves. If that make sense :)

Can you show us how you download AE? I’ve watched so many tutorials for windows 11 but everytime they all look different and my computer starts glitching, I’ve wasted $60 in total trying to download this thing😭
she uses ae on a Mac so i don't think she would be much help for you since you use windows.

It’s not really a wipe or dissolve, just a one frame and shake

If you use blurmocurves it should still be fine. If not or it’s still not working, then probably
Heyy, even when I add motion tiles to the first shake, it's not working, it's just pitch black instead of tiles so the transition looks bad asf, how to fix ittt
The y shake? If you’re doing it on blurmocurves I not sure why it would be doing that. Try adding regular motion tile on the top of all your effects
@@filmsbytatiStill doesn't work, it's looking as if it ignored the fact that there are motion tiles and just mixed it with background color which is that goddamn pitch black. You think it has to do smth with the "Display acceleration disabled"??
played around with it a bit and noticed that the motion tiles are in fact working but only alone, once i try the shake it's shit, it's gone 😭😭 idk wtf is going on

jugg edit are typically amv edits with scales, this users edits are not really jugg, more like glitch
