Where did you learn to do VA task? And do you have a website? Do you clients tell you how to do the tasks or not? I can imagine that certain customers already have a system for how they do their tasks.

I relied on my prior experience as a pretty tech savvy college student, and work experience. I do have a website: www.executivealchemistva.com. Some clients do tell you how they'd like the work done and may even give you access to that and train you if necessary. It really depends on their/your preferences. There are some people out there who don't really care. At the end of the day, a freelancer has the control to do their work how they see fit. I hope this helps!
