I finally have a name for the industry I want to be in, never knew how to label the freelance market I’ve been in since 2016. I have zero knowledge about VA and looking to start out. Are there specific tools used by VAs that I need to learn eg excel? Or is my job solely dependent on what the client wants and I can figure it out? I’ll appreciate a response to this. Thank you
