Without Any Doubt, Diego is the best PM coach out there. The simplistic way he delivers things is just beyond words. It makes total sense why he is such a huge success in PM Space, First at MS and then at LinkdIN
Thanks for putting in the effort and time in bringing us this awesome program Diego! As a recent high school graduate and an aspiring product manager, I'm really looking forward to taking this course.
Thanks for putting this up, I have been following your videos for a while. I noticed one aspect missing so sought to clarify , do you also coach on ways to structure your resume for maximum impact when applying ? Thank you !
Thank you for asking Priyank! This course is for preparing for Product Manager interviews. However, I've had people in the course already who ask me for help with their resumes and I'm happy to help them!
Thanks Diego for creating this course. Seems like a very helpful one. Before getting the course, I am wondering If I can get your thoughts on this - I recently discovered product management but my impression so far is that I can be paid well (sweet sweet tech salary), don't need to code, don't need any special certifications/MBA/MS Computer Science (or any specific degrees for that matter) or specific experiences. Seems too good to be true. Wondering if I am missing something?
Spot on Jaime! There’s one factor that makes it come back to reality and not make it sound “too good to be true anymore”. The ratio of software engineers to Product Managers can be (depends on each company) about 5-10 engineers for 1 product manager. This makes it VERY competitive to get into throughout the entire process: - having the right skills - or building the right skills - understanding the role in depth - understanding how to perform excepto in interviews (my course) - and then succeed in the role That’s why as much as I’d love to say: it’s too good AND it’s true, unfortunately it’s not. It’s very very hard to get into and there’s definitely much less roles than software engineer (or others) Let me know if this addresses your question or if you have any other one!
@@PMDiegoGranados I have a video request - I would love to see a video on MBA vs MS Computer Science since you have done both. Would love to learn about your experience via both credentials & how you contrast both.
Hi Diego, I have heard a lot of positive feedbacks about your course so I am interested in buying yur course. Is there any coupon I can use? I am a student and I need some financial assistance, it would be really kind of you if you can help me provide some more discount. @@kunleade-oni2197 Hi Kunle, how is the course so far? I'm also sitting on the fence in buying the course. Can we connect on LinkedIn so you can share your experience. Thanks
Hi Diego, thanks for sharing & finally launching the best PM interview course. Definitely looks exciting & looking forward to it. I will like to check if MBA from US is pre-requisite to get hired from the Big Tech Companies like Amazon, Microsoft etc for their PM roles in US. Do they even consider candidates who are applying from outside of US? Thank you & looking forward to learning more :)
Hi Salil, thanks for the question! While it's absolutely NOT necessary to have an MBA to be a PM, a Master's Degree helps to get into the U.S. first and then land a job locally. It's an easier path than trying to apply directly from another country. Let me know if this helps!
