That traffic stick is very unique, I haven't seen a LED system that supports 4 colors.
The NForce bar on the push-bumper is actually a Tri-color. It offers full Amber, full White, and if you look closely, you'll notice that the Red and Blue are half and half verse a full color change. It's a wonderful product and offers a tremendous amount of versatility. :)

The lower fog light housing is that a custom light head or can you buy the light heads like that I would love that for my explorer

Why the TA in the front of the vehicle?
It takes some getting use too but it's actually really useful to have on select Vehicles that are in high traffic areas that can't always be turned around for using the rear traffic advisor. It's also a nice feature in that one Vehicle can be stating in a center lane of a split roadway and offer guidance to both directions.
